I'll tell you this much, stay away from vitos 10mm cranks! Try one of M&M's cranks if you decide to go 10mil. I've had both 4mils and 10mils and I'd never build anything smaller than a 10mil again.

Out of all the motors I've ran, my FAST stock cylinder dune port was my favorite motor. Plenty of power and zero issues. Although I just rode a FAST 4mil serval all weekend and it flat out boogies!

I'm actually 215 and they ride great. Matt could probably send you some heavier springs for them, I dont know if theyd have to be revalved or not. I'd guess probably not.

They are good baskets. I've put them in my last two motors with no issues.

I've got a factory sealed motor out of an 05 thats in great running shape. Never been opened up and its clean! Complete running motor including the carbs. The only thing thats been done to this is the carbs have had the tors removed. $1000 plus shipping and pp fees. I'll get a video of it running for ya before I take it out of the bike if your interested.

I have had great luck with Jeffs FAST Racing clutch. Couple that with three heavy duty springs and you'll be good to go. Also while your in there, replace your basket with Jeffs Billet basket. Don't forget to add a pancake bearing and new inner and outer clutch hubs. That should take care of your entire clutch for quite a while. Oh ya and a new clutch cable!

I disagree. I ran some 35mm airstrikers on my 4mil and we couldn't ever get it tuned right. We could get it close, but if I remember correctly I couldn't get the pilot circuit right. I switched back to regular pwks for my 10mil and it was as easy as setting the idle and poof I was done. I'd personally never own a set again.

EVERYONE should consider the shortening service of the yfz450 shocks. Thats a killer deal! You can pick up yfz shocks for fairly cheap and couple that with the shortening service, you'd have a really nice shock upgrade for CHEAP!

I think a 4mil serval would be the best mix for ya. The serval has a more user friendly power band than the cub does. I'd ditch the t5s and start hunting for a set of original Rockets. CPIs would be my next pick for the type of riding you plan on doing. Or maybe try a set of the new sniper pipes. I haven't heard much rider feed back on them yet, but I think thats because they are still new to the market.

No I'm not talking about your boost bottle. There is a little black vacuum tube that goes between the carbs. Its about 2" long and connects the carbs together.

Make sure your choke hose that goes between your carbs is hooked together.

Vegas Jeff is awesome. My cover turned better than I could have imagined. HIGHLY recomend one!
