  1. You will be more than happy with his trans , it will shift like budda , get a modded shift shaft also to cmplete the package
  2. I'm trying to help you but u don't wanna listen, if the bike ran good before or even close to good and now it won't even run something is hurt in the motor , you either have burnt up the piston have an airleak or a clogged jet or carb circuit , when you go up in elevation you need to lean jetting out 1-2 sizes but your pissing up a rope if there's a failure. Find the issue! Do a compression test first then a pressure test . All the info for these procedures are pinned on this site and there is no magic jet size every motor is diffrent I've worked on 100s of bikes . You can't jet a motor that mechAnically unsound and until you perform tests and post results your dancing around the root of the problem
  3. I've mashed on em plenty never seen that
  4. Mike he's trying to do something diffrent , I've only used Dyna products on quads n bikes. Dyna u can use launch limiter , not sure on mad units
  5. At the end of the day most race fuels are chemically diffrent than fuels outta the pump and most of us arnt chemists , I'm with tricked use straight 110 on that set up. Throw a 24 cc dome in it run 91 all day but give up 6-8hp or pay a lil more for fuel
  6. Shearer can make u stingers for the box
  7. What do I have to do for them
  8. Why would it leak fuel? Let's hear this
  9. I have nothing here that has this mod , all we're customers bikes , send me your cell in a pm
  10. How is the sync on the carbs? Do you know how many Cfm each side is pulling? Ohm check plug caps. Swap plug wires first see if it travels, if nothing happens then swap carbs and see if it travels you'll need a temp longer choke tube hose. If nothing happens with carbs check reeds for lost tension. It's hard from video but it sounds like fuel delivery loading up and misfiring . Can be caused by spark , reeds, carb ,airleak, check one thing at a time
  11. I would say tester is fucked up I doubt it would even run halfway decent with that static comp.. You might be getting blowby on the rings
  12. I hear us I'm a parts hoarder to say the least
  13. Not sure but I have a set of rad valves that had a hole for crossovertube built in , they ran very good on throttle response on small motors , but I'm really a big fan of vf4 . They work well on anything
  14. I used billet intakes with built in crossover from fast, blue turbo hose from box to carb
  15. I've moved the box back many times and installed angle brackets to support box off stock tabs . Ditch the overflow, cut the plastics to accommodate . I always made it look like it came that way
  16. What you need you know I want em
  17. Jetting damn close check float heights and do leakdown while carbs are off
  18. I would build another one . Finding customers who can sink the kind of money it takes to do it rite is another thing
  19. No doubt overfueled but not why it won't run at all especially he rode it for two days at that elevation just fine , something else is funky
  20. I'll bet u blew a crank seal, you might need to rejett but that's not your issue if it was running fine for two days , you need to do a plug chop before you change any jets ,might wanna join a diffrent forum also
  21. My friend runs a 421 cub on a +2 and its trail friendly, I built this about 7 yrs ago . I decked the bottom of the cylinder , ported it and run 22 cc domes on race fuel with 8* of timing . Motor flat out halls the mail . A plus two will work if you can ride if you can't ride you will hurt yourself. Don't dance around the dome issue look into it, I'm not saying it to be a know it all, I've built many Cubs and use 21cc domes in asphault bikes all the time , but we're not running pump fuel
  22. 21cc domes are not safe for pump fuel you will burn it down , add timing and heat dangerous mixture . Your static compression might be throwing u off with the porting but you uccr is still to high for pump . Who told those are pump domes
  23. 170 an chop again
  24. Or use a puller ( three jaw caged) attach it to bearing and pull all off at once
  25. That 340 plug chop looks great . Leave the main and move on to needle and pilot selection. Do u have a sync tool curious on how many Cfm its flowing at idle? By you saying your idle screws are barely in tells me your pilot is too small the bigger your pilots go the more you'll have to lift the slides with the idle screw. I like too keep feeding it pilot till it doesn't like it you might be suprised what you end up with. It's not a quick process but worth it in lugging power and oof idle response in the end
