Today i got spark funny thing is that i smakd the crap outta my CDI box and kiked it over and good spark so im thinking maybe my cdi is done thats the Only thing i havnt changed yet...

Bike runs when it wants to it ran good until i killed it tryed to kik it back on nothing took off plugs kikd it nothing it seems like when i kik it fast enough of course plugs are off i get spark any ideas i did swap stator and coil at first i had no spark whatsoever let it sit couple days and went out yesterday and it fired up perfect great spark today kikd on a few times but now its dead again someone ever had this problem this shit sucks i havnt got to ride my bike just finished building it

Jus swapped the stator from a running bike still no spark Does this mean my cdi took a shit Cdi was working fine when i fired it up

My orange coil wire was melted i cut it and wired back and still nothing What would cause a orange coil wire to get so hot

Well honestly the wire looks like shit but bought the bike like that and when it fired up figured everything is wired rite but good idea ima rip out the harness and see whatsup

No spark to the plugs tryed disconnecting the tors box and still nothing gna order the puller And coil But what the heck is going on how can it run so good then just die like that

Is there a specific way to test other then swappin it out I have a spare flywheel and stator just not the tool to remove stator

Sup guys just finished my rebuild bike started first kick Second day nothing 3rd day it started up idled fine for about 10 min or so then i killed it wanted to fire it back up and nothing and its been dead ever sence really frustrated just dont underatand how it fired up fine one day and the next nothing....someone ever had these issues

Last 4 digits on top of piston most pistons have them there

Can i use the 795 wiseco stndard size pistons ? I found some for cheap or do i have to bore my cylinders and put bigger piston to hang wit the crank

Ya i got the niche kit So how do i go about checking the bottom end it spins good no play at all do i have to split the case to check it out better thanx for the help fellas wish i woulda noticed the longer rod before buying the kit

How to find out what Rod i have to get rite piston My cylinders are brand new standard size

I bought a cylinder kit n came w standard pistons and cylinders i put it on today and pistons pop out so far the top ring pops out I beileve the Rod says 30L i bought the whole bottom end ddnt know anything about it does this mean i have a longer rod and need a shorter piston??? Anyone
