  1. Usually I get around 300 for Pistons and bore job, it can't hurt to let someone listen to it in person
  2. You will never visibly see a .003. Collapse but you just doubled your recommended piston wall clearance therefore they chatter , take it to someone who has the tools to check it proper.
  3. If that's the same axle that was in it when it was by me I couldn't tell it was fixed they did a good job
  4. Don't be suprised if that wiseco crank fries the big end rod bearings I've seen 11 bad big end rod bearings in the past two yrs on relatively new cranks maybe they sorted out the issue I did email them on it
  5. But there used? You would never visually see a collapsed skirt I'll guarantee its fucked up, they don't sound like that when all parts are good and clearanced correctly. Ive worked on 100s of shee motors and come across it many times . A dial caliper and bore guage is need to properly check cylinder for outta round and clearances. Do you have any pre install pics
  6. Dmc work real well for that, are u gonna run good fuel or are u not allowed
  7. Deto can cause it in some cases , compressing anti freeze there's many things that can collapse a skirt
  8. Piston expands quicker than cylinder and seizes ,, it can cause skirt to collapse, overheat can cause it. Rounded bore!! All give sounds like that , piston chatter on accel n decel
  9. It's hard to tell but it sounds like a collapsed skirt or could've had a cold seizure
  10. The dmc pipes respond really well to porting on trail machines , I've built a few motors that pulled like 4 strokes with those pipes
  11. Most mx guys want the complete opposite of what your trying to do , try n pick ddq brain , nasty racing, both like motors you can control wide open. I've built n wridden many diffrent motor combos I don't think you'll be able to use that serval the way u want
  12. I've see the bronze bushing that slides over tranny shaft cause issues as well as the collar. Sometimes that bushing will walk itself out like .020 and cause binding
  13. Nothing wrong with blaster Pistons if you know what your doing , you need to assemble the motor and measure how far Pistons stick out cylinder . Write that down add.050 and that's the step you need then you need to decide on angle and cc usually when I port someone cylinders I can order domes set up the way I want
  14. I gave u too much powa lol
  15. I always recommend it and make sure customers know the risk , with that said I've put a lot of killer top halves together the key is not getting greedy with compression or timing a nice lil blend and shee will last , there's just too many variables to guarantee you won't break at glamis, you could weld it and still break it , you could leave it and it could last for years.
  16. Tricked where did you get the first cylinders looks like my hand work, never mind just saw passion
  17. Fast has trans and can get them cryed, micro polished in whatever configuration
  18. To hold more fuel I've seen them before on older carbs
  19. Let me get this straight your loosening your pilot jet
  20. What port are you after, at very least all entries into the cylinder have to be matched , cut, squared up, blended into casting. I also use a degree wheel it's faster n easier than math
  21. this idiot wouldn't last ten minutes around my way. I'm just a dumb wop but I didn't know shee rider was Spanish or black, huh just when u think u know someone. . This kid has to be like 17

    Alky jetting

Radar has more experience tuning alky than I do on those carbs
  23. I also have found fmf pipes like a rich needle position I alwa end up needles jacked all the way rich in my area
  24. Like just said see if needle helps , but I have feeling your lean this time of yr. for a quick test throw the air box lid on and see if it helps , might need a 290 in winter months
