Washers are all on matching parts it spins fine when i take the clutch basket off but I installed it correctly

Used basket off a perfect shee I got primary drive fear water pump gear kicker gear and teams gear on

No manual

Everything is installed correctly it's just when I try to turn the clutch wit my hand I have to put excessive force for it to move. Oil seal isn't pinched near primary drive gear idk what's going on hears a picture screenshot on pc
