im the same way, the stock suspension has never bothered me. Ive jumped mine off dumb little 20-30 footers and it still doesnt bother me.

just because a dyno says they're the best doesn't mean its true. a pipe that has a more broad powerband and a little less hp will go faster. when it comes down to it, ill take the word of someone who's reputable over a dyno. My engine builder and carb guy both say the same thing. just because it makes great numbers on a dyno doesn't mean its gonna be the fastest.

was that Jeff Emig?? whoops are cake. lean back on the rear and gas it. the bike will just skip across them on the rear tire/tires. Ive found its the same from my dirt bike to the banshee to my trike. works for all three.

ive see truckers do it to save weight. they say it works, idk though.

I got my jugs back today and they look dam good. Kevin was real helpful and cleaned my jugs up real nice. they still had a score in them after they got bored. he clean them up real nice and the score mark is gone. his turn around was faster than he said also. I mailed them maybe two weeks ago and i got them back today. Im still waiting on other parts and money though, so i cant put it together yet. kinda sucks, i cant wait to see how it runs!!

i dont about the motors. cubs cost over 2 grand for a good set up. figure $300 for pistons and stuff for the H2, carbs $450, pipes probably cost about $500 maybe depending on who makes them. i know he'll make his own pipes and port it himself. your probably right about the chassis idk. i guess we'll see if he ever builds it. hes got a lot of work lined up for now. i dont think he'll be doing this anytime soon. we were just talking about it the other day though.

i would think that would be like a 500cc cub. can they make 150hp on pump gas??

a H2 with a good port job, pipes, and the correct carbs makes over 150 i believe. thats alot cheaper than cub cylinders and all that stuff.

anyone ever put a H2 motor in a banshee frame or any other 4 wheeler frame??? My buddy has a H2 motor with everything laying around his shop. hes also got an older banshee frame sitting there with a +6 swing arm. he says one of these days hes gonna fab the H2 motor into the frame. i would think it would be fast as shit seeing as a stock H2 motor makes about 75 whp. just wondering if anyones done this?? for those of you that dont know what an H2 is, its a 750 triple 2 stroke. was a bad ass drag bike in the 70s.

i was in the same boat when i was 16. i sold my dirt bike to buy a 5.0 mustang. i already had a 85 C10 pick up, but i wanted the car. i ended up selling the bike and later the pick up to do more mods to the car. when spring came around i was kicking myself in the ass. all my friends were riding every weekend and i was stuck home. i didnt get another bike until i was outta high school. if i could do it again i would have kept the bike and just took some extra time and saved for the car. Im really kicking myself for selling that truck. i cant find another one like it.

last night, early this morning we did. it was about two or three last night. by about 9am this morning it looked like a just a dusting, but last night it was alot more than a dusting!

i wanted to head over to my friends farm and rip the trike around, but i dont have time today. to much little shit to do around here.

we got about 2inches here now. about 3inches last night before i went to bed, it was almost a blizzard. i couldnt see anything driving home. i walked out the bar with my buddies and everything was covered. it was snowing so hard i couldnt see more than 100ft in front me. i just cant believe we got some before January.

i just got home from the bar and the roads are snow covered. im dying to take my trike on a nice late night cruise, but i think Dad would kill me if i start it up right now(its 3:30am). its killing me though we dont get alot of snow and i cant believe we have some before january.
