I run my kids stock ported Blaster wtith uni in the box,no lid,toomey pipe with 310 main.My other kids is HJR ported with same intake and exhaust,340 main.Kevin said try a 360 main.Blasters love the extra fuel for cooling.Just run it fat and you'll have to test and tune.Not that long of a process with those bikes.Just run it rich,They like to blow up from friends that I've seen.

check your slides.Are they going all the way down?Did you install them in the proper sides?

yank them carbs off and pull the bowls.You'll find the main jets in there.Let us know whats in there. You prob.will be increasing those by 3-4 sizes for them pipes.(guestimate )Considering they are already jetted for the K&N.

Welcome to this great place.You need to find out the elevation where you ride.That will give us a good idea of where to start on the jetting.The carbs are pretty simple once you get in there.The biggest pain in the ass is going to be getting them on and off with all the tors and stock airbox on there.You should def.think about getting a new airfilter setup.Just ask ?'s here and you will get what your looking for.Also a Clymers manual is pretty much mandatory.GL and let the modding begin.

Man,I have a very small airleak at my intakes somewhere.I habe brand new gaskets on all surfaces. Does anyone know if these whiteknuckles have issues?Any secrets to sealing them up? I just rebuilt the the thing and am looking forward to many hours of fun.
