  1. guys with vf3's,and billet intakes,are you running 2 or 4 gaskets.
  2. I would pick one up and run it installed. They are there for a reason. What are you doing with that big ass wrench in there?
  3. pilot jets are for idle. You may need to adjust your neeedle and go bigger on the mains if your that lean. Also, shearer pipes are drag, they work good for me in the dunes though.Thats pretty much all my bike sees.T-5's are more all around.I think the more comp.you run is when you need to weld the crank.
  4. sounds good.I would cut your head some, depending on if you want to run race gas or not.Get some pods and jet accordingly. You will keep upgrading, trust me.Never enough H.P.
  5. I would go with the dune hillshooter port, since you dune.Did you check out HJR?
  6. if you want to make power, you need to port.Yes you will need to port for shearers. You can still run stock carbs with port work and haul ass.But bigger carbs are also kinda necessary. Give Kevin a call.He is awesome http://www.herrjugsracing.com/Porting_Motor_packages.html
  7. stock comp.is between 125 and 130.You really need to port and cut your head or pickup a coolhead.Call HJR and get some ideas on how much you want to spend.I didn't see what pipes you currently are running. If you go with CPI's,you need to port for them.I like Shearers.
  8. are you running a stock head?if so,your comp.is just fine.
  9. Is that your plugchop? if so I think you need to cut the threads off.

  11. nice bike man.13/44 is very low gearing. You will be shifting like a sob in the dunes.I would go with 13/41 at most but prefer stock gearing in the dunes.
  12. stock carbs will run just fine on your bike. When you get all your port work done, throw in them 35's. you would have to try them out on both setups to get the real answer.
  13. well,I found the small one.Went to ace hardware and NAPA.No luck on the large one.Any ideas???
  14. you will want aftermarket shocks for those. You can run stock but will bottom out all over the place.
  15. I agree, run fresh fuel. Are you letting her warm up? Is that a cold motor?

  24. recommended mixture for Blasters by most all people (including TM Designs who manufacture the block off kits) is going to be 32:1.Maybe you should run your Banshee like that as well.
