hows your throttle cable? Is it adjusted properly? You can check that out also.By sticking,does the slides stick on the way down and then go down if you tap them? Or do they just bottom 3/4 of the way down and thats it?

welcome to the site Pete. Are your slides in the right way?Needles aren't bent are they?Are they drilled for idle screws? Check those. I would start at 360 mains and work down from there.I would think stock pilots would work fine.

I'm not sure on the rubber seal but I had some sticky slides due to the caps being to tight. What a pain in the ass.. -

you running stock carbs? I am running PWK's and cut a couple loops out of the springs.My throttle is still harder than all my buddys.You'll just have to toughen up and workout that thumb. :biggrin:
