Yea it does, since im not running a coolant bottle (for pods), and i just spent a pretty good chunk of money on the motor, i thought it would be necessary. heres the link http://www.crjperformance.com/tega.html All it does it splice into the return rediator hose. Then you mount the LCD screen on your bars. I didnt need/want all the cool things that the trail-tech has (also wanted it small), just something that would show me the temp while i was riding. From the looks of it when i was putting it on, its a pretty nicely crafted piece. Thanks for the comments guys :beer:
  3. Nope, i think its a combo of it being really clean, and the sun hitting it. The color is actually a white/silver vein. Looks a little darker in person. I cant wait to get the rest of my chrome stuff on there. I also have some LSR a arms that i bought off socalinit, still deciding what color to go with.
  4. Made some more progress on my bike this past weekend. Put the motor in the frame, cut the rear plastics... etc Polished the clutch cover also. temp gauge Rear cut. i have to round off the rest of the edge on the flywheel side All i have to do is a leak down test, put the pipes on, engine ice, pegs etc Hopefully this weekend it will be running.

  6. Yea man, i would try to get my money back. 1800 bones is a pretty big deal. Especially because your letting some douche just walk away with your money. If its not about the money any more, do it for the principle of this guy screwing you. I would be pissed that he didnt follow through with anything that he said. I say let him have it.

  8. you cannot switch the carbs. Main reason being the choke tube crossover. I dont know what it is, the only other thing if it isn't the motor would be electrical
  9. Check that your reed pedals are sealing correctly. that was my problem.

  13. I would go with some ASR +3+1 and works tripple rates with rezzies... That will be about 1000 when your done. And it will ride nice also. Buddy of mine has that set up.

  19. I have a 2000... and my carbs dont have that tube. On that side they just have the vent tubes to route out by the swinger. :shrug:

  21. You can pretty much (with the exception of a fiew things) price it out from looking at the builders websites. Here are 2 builders sites that are pretty damn good. www.farmandsandtoys.com www.herrjugsracing.com I got my jugs ported by Kevin Herr. Although Jeff over at fast does a really good job as well. On their sites they have what a total rebuild would cost, different types of porting ( ie. drag, dune/hillshooter, trail...) and the prices. So you can get a rough idea of what its going to cost just by doing some research on their sites.
