  1. they are around 80$ for a pro design. do a search on mod quad impellers they are buillet shafts and wear down on the seal and leak so spend the money the first time and gett quality. they are supose to work well.
  2. drain your oil and coolent take the clutch cover off. then take that plastic cover off on the front of your clutch over then take the 4 or 5 screws out that hold the little brass colored plate off. then turn your clutch over over and push the gear down and take the dowl pin out of the impeller shaft then take the gear off and pull the impeller out. . check the seal. put the new impeller back and then the plastic gear back on the shaft and re instal the dowl pin. turn the gear and make sure it drops down or is already down on the shaft and down pin. then put all the covers back on and refuil liquids. very very easy
  3. good thinking yeah that does look pretty restricting. you could PM 87sheerips on here he makes some wicked grills.
  4. make sure when you buy the tors elimintaor kit you get all the parts you need. some only come with caps and then you have to buy the idle screws and drill. tap. its easyer just getting the whole kit . its like 50or60$
  5. engine ice is just a different kinda of coolent. iv heard it works well and says it drops temps 10* but you cant rely on it. if you have sezied it before and keep overheadting you have a problem. tell us your jetting in your carbs and every mod you have and your elevation. and we will get it jetted for ya. also you want a pro design impeller. they have a stainless steel shaft. they are expencive but are the best. dont buy the one sthat are all buillet
  6. pro design watter impeller.and cool head. you can try running engine ice. but it will do so much. if you have overheated it before then you might want to check out your stock impeller it might be melted.
  7. check your compression. it shouldnt be lower then 100 and both cylinders should be close in psi. put in new plugs and then see if it fires up faster. when i had my first banshee after about say 4 or 5 of its first tanks of gas it wouldnt start. apperently the dealership jetting it rich as hell for break in or whatever and it would jutst foul the plugs after about 3 or 4 rides.
  8. maybe you needa a new rybber gasket for the case side . i would get one of them and just barly skim alittle bit of antisezie on the threads try to rub it in with your finger. that might help nex time with the threads.
  9. white and red. white and red. Love the 2004 color scheme
  10. to $$$ get a tusk from rockey mountin. very cheap get the HD springs. but yeah very cheap and alot of people on here run them with no problems.
  11. get a set of 28mmpwk's good all around carb good for the kinda riding your going to be doing and you can still use your air box. also a see a couple builders like passion and jeff selling these adapter precise of rubber that you get so you can still run your air box with a bigger carb. you could probably get some of these from any hardware store. they look very simple
  12. my buddy ran it for awhile burns very clean.
  13. if i was getting DMC pipes i would get the 916's they sound amazing
  14. iv had my t5's for a year no problems but i would agree with jbooker. you have to drill a hole through your stock hangers then bolt them together and use the stockers. if you do get your pipe fixed and still dont like the looks of the stockers cascade sells chrome stocker that have alreadt been modified.
  15. yeah you kinda need a fly wheel puller don't try and tap it off or anything silly you will just ruin it
  16. when you get some arms you still get shot in the face with mud and water anyway. so i cut them off
  17. just buy the reads and cut the center bar out of your stock cages. its easy as hell you can port the stock cages with a hand file in like 2 mins
  18. looking for a hush kit with the sparky. or maybe just the toomey sparky tips.
  19. my plan is to turn my compressor on for a second so it will build like 8 or 9 psi then plug it in and open my valve slowly then close it and unhook the air line.
  20. they are pro cirucits sayd in his first post.
  21. lol looks like it. a guy in this post said the rubbers from the bumper fit almost perfect over the exhaust flanges lol. how many beer did it take to figure that out.
  22. if eli didnt get out of that last almost sack pats would have won it. that was just plain crazy. go giants
  23. finally got it all pieced together heres some pics. got some plugs for my stock intakes and my buddys 35mm. i threaded them so i can just interchange them. oh yeah and the plugs for the exhaust are table leg covers. i forget who mentioned that but thanks alot i found them right away
