  1. did you do the chop when it was still cool outside?
  2. see how many turns out you air screws are. if they are barely turned out,. youll need bigger pilots. If they are out 2.5 turns or whatever turn em in. choking created more vacuum to force out more fuel from the jets,. sound like your lean.
  3. depends on your elevation I guess. Where Im at I cant go over 21cc with 93. At 3000ft maybe 20 or 19 would be ok.
  4. sweet thanx! Im going to get either the standard tsl or those Trxus in 33/12.5/15.
  5. forged ceramic coated ross pistons with chrome moly rings to protect them from all the boost from the bottle. make sure the pistons have the right valve relief so the valves dont hit the pistons, esecially with a high lift cam.
  6. buy some 21-22cc domes (and pistons)
  7. no for real, put a crane cams roller in there with some power bands and a boost bottle and you betterr put a weelie bar on it!!
  8. yea On mine I had to adjust the lash like 3 times. SOB.
  9. yea thornbird dont look like good tires because they have no tread separation. I was most likely going to go with tsl. boggers would be great,. but I have to drive 1.5 hours to get to the mud. Plus Ill be drivin it to work. Ill take a look at the Trxss you mentioned to . where do you get them from?
  10. I dont think they sell interco tires
  11. Need to shoes on my jeep,. I want to get either 33-36" TSL, bogger, or thornbird. Anyone know of a good place to order from?
  12. I fixed it this morning. Needle was way rich. When I go out this weekend,. Ill do a 1-6 to fine tune it but at least the thing works right.
  13. anything will strip over time no matter the shape, get something that is made out of high quality material(chrome moly 8740) or stainless steel that work. At least its very hard, or wont rust.
  14. google a topographical map or boil test for elevation.
  15. ok,. I set up with a +4 plate new stator and flywheel and I have a bike that pulls hard wheelies very easy in bottom and runs slower than a stocker everywhere else. Motherr $%#$%
  16. I have one of those on my fish tank, it works great! those would probley work. If you dont have room to mound a round on,. stick it through the front plastic.
  17. "Losing the bottom would make wheelies harder." wheelies arent a problem with T5`s
  18. maybe its just the taper then. Thats the only other thing I could think. from 1/8-3/4 is going to depend on taper and position.
  19. I keep mine in the tools so if I break a powerband on the trail,. I can use some o-rings. sorry, dude next door came over earlier and seen my bike and asked if I had powerbands. "Like in 5th" and I was like yep in all of em and he was like WHOAHHHH! that thing must fly! HHEYEP :shoothead:
  20. some carbs are cast with longer idle screw bosses "tabs" than others and I guess screw lengths could vary to. I doesnt matter which screw goes on which side and long as they lift the slides enough and even. the hesitation is most likely a jetting problem.
  21. 1 clip position makes a big difference on mine.
