I think the puller threads are backwards, so you turn it counterclockwise in. Can use an oil filter changing gripper to hold the flywheel

doesnt have to be exacly 1/4 that depends on the clip position. why are you f`n with me, all I started this with is mains DONT effect the bottom. go walk into a knife. yea I was born yesterday. I dont know how they work your right!

if they over flow then your bowls are set wrong. hold em upside down and measure 21mm from the bowl matting surface to the top "bottom" of the float. sometimes they will leak if you leave the petcock on while its sitting though.

uhm, no fuel is going to dump at all if its frikin closed. the pilot is the only thing working until transition into the needle at 1/4 throttle. the needle is still in the needle jet until about 3/4 when the taper is out the the needle jet and main transition to the main.

with your head shaved and new top end,... +4 timing, and pro circ your bottom end should be frikin great! your jet needle and main are controlin 1/4 throttle on.

when did mains begin to effect idle off idle response? mains dont really effect anything till 3/4 throttle.

must be a bad tester. but those pilots are to big. get some 27.5`s and 25`s and try them for sure.

It would run like shit on that compression. unplug your coil and kick it over like your starting it like 6-8 times per cyclinder one after another and see what it reads. you should have a min of 120 any lower and you need to fix it for sure.

think your pilots are a lil big. might be a lil low on the main though too.

I put my bike together myself 1 part at a time. My banshee must be made up of at least 30 different bikes. The only thing Id get done by someone else is milling or porting.
