He needs to get his speedo checked... The only mods you have that would gain you speed is ported cylinders, K&N filter setup, and reeds. I have more then that on my wifes bike and it will not run even close to 90mph. Also, if your bike is on gas, you may want to back your timing off about 6*. 10* timing on gas is an explosion looking for a place to happen!

I have a set, they are not pretty, and not mint condition. I would sell them for $130 shipped, for both pipes and silencers. (I just repacked the silencers too) They are worth that much. One has a dent someone put there before I had them to clear the coil. They work fine, ran them on my wifes bike all year with no problems. If you painted them black they would look great. Here is a quick pic of them, PM me if youu want more pics. I will get them to you tomorrow. Only reason I will sell them is because her new port job will work best with toomey T-5s.

About the clutch... you dont need those rubber deals in there. Just get a TUSK or F.A.S.T. clutch from jeff and run it. Powerjets are real popular with alky, makes jetting real easy. Never used them on a gas motor, but I think they would work fine. For the price, yeah I would say they are worth trying.

Jamey, it is easily worth $15. Ive watched it 10 times already, so I know its worth that much for sure. I have seen the whole thing, and well... IT KICKS MAJOR ASS!!! It is worth the 10 bucks, and then some. After watching it I wanted to get back on my bike, and hit the dunes. If you like Rippens vids on the computer, wait till you see em on TV!

I would just have the whole bike painted... Im not really diggin the banshee on the side of the tank though. I would just redo the whole thing with a different theme.

You may be able to get the stator plate bolts out without taking the flywheel off, but getting them back in could be a war.

Ive got an 04 1500 Dodge Ram with a 5.7, and 4.10 gears, and I pull the shit out of our Haulmark 8.5x20 with 5 bikes, or 4 bikes and the toolbox. There is only one hill in Wyoming that gives me fits and I can still go up it at 60. I run it at 75-80 on the interstates, and get around 12-13 mpg most trips. Its no diesel, but gets me where im going.

Yup... go to homedepot and get some aluminum strap and rig some up. Thats how my RDZ were mounted on my dragger.

Raptor 700 and YFZ shocks are the same length. 07-08 SE raptors have the same shock setup as the YFZ.

Marks on it from a puller? You mean like around the edge like a gear puller was used or in the threads where a banshee puller was used. If a gear puller was used throw that flywheel away. Could be out of round and all jacked up. I wouldnt re-use one that was in question, but im kinda picky about my stuff.

If there were only six steels, there would be nearly and inch of nothing but open space between the inner, and outer hubs, with some steels floating around in there. Doesnt make sense. Get some pics up please.

hmmmm..... something does seem right here. There is no way there could only be 6 very thin steel plates in there and the bike still move.

Snopczynski beat me to it.. but how many did you take out? If they were all the small steels you would have had no clutch at all...
