  1. Thanks for the replies! Most people on ebay were saying 15.5" for 700 shocks and 16" for the raptor 660 shocks eye to eye. Just for grins, what is the banshee shock length?
  2. I have a set of yfz arms on the way, I need to get some linger shocks for the shee. I am just curious as to the difference in length from the raptor 700 shocks and the yfz450 shocks? I did not find much info from searching, Thanks!
  3. Good question! I will investigate, thanks!
  4. Thanks I will try it and maybe it just needs a real firm push down. That was my biggest concern is if there was even a screw that is missing to hold it in, apparently it just sits there. And yes I am using the splash guard.
  5. You can just barely see it in the last pic best but its visible the little gold piece.
  6. Sorry for the really crappy pics, but I was in a hurry and I had to get them on my cell phone. As you can see the gold piece is sticking up and it will not stay seated.
  7. I can tonight, thanks alot! Its pretty much whatever the main screws into is moving. Its removable, does that mean there could be a screw missing which holds it in place?
  8. I just installed my Toomey 2:1 intake. This is a new bike to me so I decided to check the jetting. I pull the bowl off one of the carbs, took out the main, its a 270...ok good. I go to put the main jet back in and it seems like the jet is not tall enough. I finally get it to thread but something is wrong. What looks like the brass peice where the main seats actually moved into the throat of the carb and rides on the needle. It will go up and down probably 1/4" inch and will not stay in position. What did I do wrong and how can I fix this? I thought I would ask here first before tearing into the carb, please help. Even if I just push it down it will work itself back up, high enough that the main does not sit low enough to get any fuel. Thanks!
  9. Forgot, these are 3+6 offset and $75 shipped.
  10. I have a chance to get some yfz silver wheels for my 04 LE. I was planning on using these for sand tires. I have searched all over other forums, but does anyone know what offset yfz wheels are? Needing to know how it will affect the width +/- on the bike, Thanks!
  11. I just happen to have a set of douglas black label .160 rims I used for one trip when i had my yfz. Rims are in great condition. PM me, there just laying around.
  12. Never mind, after further inspection this guy hacked something together. Its not at all what I though, looks like a toomey 2:1 filter setup is on the way. I wonder if there is a way to fab up the stock airbox to somewhat protect the toomey setup.
