  4. Id go with the +8. Thats what I ran on my 421 and it wasnt a wheelie machine and it felt about right for the motor.

  11. I figured it out. They are bore .040 are they still useable or is that the last bore? Ive never messed with boring shit, I have cub cylinders on everything.
  12. I need to figure out what bore these cylinders are on. I dont think I have the right tool to measure the cylinders, but the number on the piston that was in them is. Inside the piston was WSM On top it says 50-520-07P by the arrow pointing forward and says 1.00 at the back of the top of the piston.. can anybody figure out the bore by that?

Stock link setup. $245 shipped on the swingers. Come with pinch bolts. Make me some offers on this stuff... I am flexable with everything but the swingers, that is a steal for a t-dub at that price.
  15. Yeah a Jaw type puller will fuck a flywheel in a hurry.... If you were using a jaw kind, you may as well plan on getting a new flywheel if it was stuck that bad because it will be screwed up. Get a good flywheel puller, and use an impact. Sometimes they kinda weld on a little, but they will come off with an impact and the right puller.

  22. socal is right, you will never know by asking us, you will have to find out for yourself. there are WAY to many variables in racing... rider weight, riding skill ect... for instance, last year i was riding majicmikes rap770 on alky and could hardly get beat by anything, I was beating 421 cubs on the thing, I am only 145 lbs and can ride the shit out of most things... when mike rode the 770, it was about half as fast because of his weight... needless to say again, there are too many variables to get an upfront answer on a forum on what is faster then what.
  23. Stock for stock, the raptor will hand the banshee its ass... period. Ive had a stock banshee, and had a stock rap 700 and know the 700 was faster stock... Even modded, the new raptors are no joke, my 700 has some work (and is getting more as we speak), but it is going to take one hell of a stock cylinder banshee to beat it this year. Both are fun bikes and thats all that matters to me, I have my banshee to hillshoot with and my 700 for general duning and messing around. (and the 600rr to ride when im tired of the other two lol)
