everything I have seen is still clothed, no worse then you see on PG rated movies... sorry man, guess if you dont want to see em, block the users with em.
-
I had angled intakes so my filters ect cleared the shearers, but i had about an inch and a half of spacers on both sets so they would clear my cub cylinder... My CPIs pretty much fell on, i could have thrown them across the room and got them mounted up pretty close...
-
sweet what should I try... they are 35mm pwks. 370 long rod crank, stock stroke cub cylinder, 5000 feet elevation. I have 152s and 42 pilots in it now, seems rich to me.
-
lol.. I snagged those CPIs as soon as dan put em up for sale... The chebby in the background is my bros work truck... his powerwagon is on the other side of the garage, and my dodge is outside now since the banshee is in its spot. Thanks for the compliments fellas!

wait till the platics fellas... they are done, just need cleared, but man they are going to set this bike apart from the crowd!

I will give my opinion on pipes... My big riff with shearers are the quality, they fit like a bucket of shit, chrome doenst last at all, and they are not good for my style of riding. That being said, if you are going for a race bike more then a dune/ hill bike shearers are great pipes if you can put up with the fit and shitty chrome... I ran shearers on my 421 last year, ran like crazy on top but would have been a pitiful hillbike because it had no bottom end at all. I have seen RIPPENS bike tear shit down all over with CPIs so thats what I went with on this cub I just built. IF you are going to look at outframes, I would look at RDZ pipes. They look the best, run amazing and are a fraction of the cost of shearers.. never done much with CPI outframes so I cant say anything about them.

Here is how it looks now.. (well this was about a week ago, chain in hooked up now, new plugs, gas tank is on ect... ) Final pics of it 100% done will be coming the 22nd, at the colorado show and shine.. I did the heat cycles but didnt ride it anywhere yet, kinda muddy and i need two pinch bolts for the carrier I forgot yesterday. Did shift it in the garage and the tranny works though...

Just got to get the jetting all figured out, stick the plastics on and it will be DUNE TIME... in 2 more months lol Cant wait for the show and shine now...

What Are You Paying For Dyno Runs
theshee replied to Old Two-Smoke's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Fuck drag racing! Waste of money and all you get around here is to pay yourself on the back when you are the fastest guy... I think just duning and hillshooting with an occasional race is the way to go... racing all day like we did last year sucks. -

im not trying to be cocky, but i think my bike is going to be very hard to beat in the best in show... its got tons of polished crap, billet, a paint job nobody has, and more time and thought into it then should be allowed... HOWEVER, Jameys bike is going to be fing' sick when its together, so he is going to be another hard ass bike to take down, as well as a couple raptors my bro and I painted that will be there... Win or lose, im going to have a good time, kick back have a couple brews and BS quads. I will be sure to get pics. shit rico, since we are talking your plastics as a show piece you may win best paint lol...

Well fellas, this is not a proud time of my life and I am actually a little fucked up from it, but my wife and I have decided to go seperate ways, she doesnt like life on the ranch and has decided she would be happier in town without me. I am just asking people who have sent me parts to be patient with me on getting their stuff done right now... Shayne, Josh and Ryan... I have your packages ready to go out, ive just been busy dealing with shit today... I will get it sent back by the end of the week.
