well i just got a call.... its not good. he has neuroblastoma (or however its spelled) it is cancer.... well know more on the outlook of things in the next few days if it hasent spread he has a very good chance at a full recovery. the are optimistic because they caught it at a very early stage. there running some more tests tonight and tomorrow. im at home with our older son and will be for the next few days. they wont be doing any surgery for a week at least from wahat im being told. i am going to try to make it saturday with my 8 yr old. i need the stress relief .... sorry to bring this post down with my shitty news..... but i knew you guys would be here for me. well guys.. I have some bad news.. I might not be making it friday... My youngest son is on his way to the childrens hospital in Ann Arbor. My GF took him to er last night and they found a tumor on his lung. We are assuming they are going to go in today and take out the tumor. The tumor is isolated so they dont think its cancer....but there not for sure. The one thing they are sure of is its very close to his heart and if it continues to grow it could interfere with his heat wroking correctly. Im at home with my oldest boy today....best place for me to be. i tend to loose my mind on hospital staff that dont do things they way i think they need to be done....so at this point im home with mini-me....lol Ill keep you guys updated on whats going on and if ima make it saturday or not. agreed Dave..... michigan has some of the best in the buisness as far as porting goes. and its getting to the end of our season and many of our builders are slowing down some. like i said dan @a&s is a pain in the ass to get ahold of but does awesome work,RDZ,RB racing,tyson racing....all good builders in the michigan area also just some ideas. im running a&s racings play port with cpi inframes,stock carbs and v2's on race gas dans porting is killer but hes a pain in the ass to get ahold of. my bike went 4.95 with stock carbs and no over ride/lock up Dan

i think that sounds like a killer system to me..... only thing is you dont need an 8500GT to get good video for cad work. the cad work isnt as demanding on a system as some of the new games out there and most games will run fine on a 256MB card such as a 6800GT or 6600GT but if you are gonna run a PCI-E board you may have to go to at least a 7 series nvidia card. as far as a power supply goes....i wouldnt run anything less the a 750 watt supply for a 7 series or above g force card.....there power hogs. and for the price of new SATA HD's its sensless not to get one......the data transfer difference from a ide to sata drive is like the HP difference between a stock cyl shee and a cub motor.....lol ive been building pc's out of my house for years..... and my motto has always been quality not quantity. if you buy quality components you dont need high-end everythig to have a very well performing machine. Hey Dave we should see about getting some plans going for the spring LS trip. I wanted to go on the fall ride BAD but funds didnt allow it this year. If we could get a few of the MI guys to carpool or whatever it would proll be a pretty cheap trip. I know Shayne and JT have both been to LS and said it was a great time/place to ride. I dont think anyone here has said you cant get a turbo right on a banshee. Dan Hull has proven time and again that turbo shee motors can be fast as hell,he has one that runs 9.30 1/4 miles at 130 mph. The real issue here is you cant take it when someone calls you out on some incorrect information. you can say what you what....I know Dajogejr personally and that guy is an open book of information that he is willing to share with anybody that treats him with a lil bit of common courtesy. I dont know Snop. real well yet but from the posts ive read he is very knowledgeable himself on these motors and chimes in quite frequently to help others on the HQ. The bottom line is this....if they called you out for some BS information....its prolly just that BS information. Dan

im considering selling my a&s racing play port cyls.....made 68 hp on dans dyno with t5's and an airbox. they have only this season on them and are still on the bike running at this time. they are bored .040 over thinking 350.00 + shipping Dan

the lube is called top end lube...... its used mostly by circle track racers..... as said before it makes it so you dont have to purge those motors(big v8's) IMO the top end lube would make your fuel to oil mix way too rich... Dan
