  10. weisco pro-lites i got a set of drag ported stockers that are 60 over ...with weisco pistons cyls may need a lil work... the bores are fine and ready to go,but i think the top decks need to be lapped in,but the 60 over weiscos are like brand new 10 min runtime max. i would take 200.00 plus shipping Dan

  12. jb, badassbanshee's 421 cub has 35 pwk's and bb shearer out of frames on alky, he runs +7 to +8 advance,and the bike pulls like a monster. Dan
  13. that rubber piece is the cylinder seal... it goes in the waterjacket in the bottom of each cylinder. if they are not there trust me the cyls will leak out of the base gasket,been there done that. if that seal was out of place it could let coolant in to the crankcase which would explain the overheating problem.   16. usually most guys run 10x 10 wide itp wheels on the back with hoosier or american racer tires not sure of the width of the wheel on the front but they are hoosiers as well. Dan
  17. i would start out with 320 mians 27.5 pilot and the needle in the 3rd clip from the blunt end. i had a bike with very similar mods and i am in MI as well,that shoud be a good starting point for you. once you get it running you may have to go up or down a size on the main,..just read your plugs Dan

  20. you can try takin the motor out of the chassis and turning it upside down and shake it out, or like utley siad get a mechanics magnet and go fishing. this sounds about like how my motor build is going. Dan

  23. engine ice is a very vibrant blue color as well....great coolant as well,but a lil pricy Dan
  24. the very front stud is longer then the other 4 so make sure you tell the dealer which stud you need. Dan
  25. have you always ran the shell oil....and with no problems from it?? maybe try switching your mix oil to klotz or 927 or something like that. and mix it at 32:1. i may be wrong but to me it seams rich. Dan
