i have a set of stock cyls....40 over trail/dune ported by dan hull at a&s racing will come with pistons and stock head also cut by dan at a&s lookin to get 375 shipped they made alomost 70 hp with stock carbs and t5's with a stock airbox with a pro flow and k&n.... with cpi's and pods will make prolly closer to 75 hp just had the bike out last saturday at the drag strip....and it ran flawless all day Dan

idle is around 1,200 and i have personally seen 12,500 max on my bike Dan

well imo the br7 plug is part of the issue.... stock shee's run br8 and alot of the guys with big motors run br9's and you did say it was the right cyl?? what about the crank seal being bad?? Dan

youll be lucky to have that motor back by the beginning of june from what dan told me last week his shop is 15 min from my house :biggrin:

well dan at a&s ported the cyls i have now........and on race gas they make approx 80 hp on (no joke) stock carbs that is with no air box and cpi inframes the bike went 4.9's pretty consistant with me on it in an unlightened chassis many ppl here have seen my bike and others dan has built run.........the guy dosent hold the title"fastest atv on the planet" for nothing my cyls arent even full drag ported......just a pretty aggressive trail port Dan
