  3. fuckin werd. work is slow today though, so i don't mind internet arguing with you till about 2 then i gotta go play golf. thnx bi
  4. The gasket method sounds good but I think rubberneck's sounds more exact. I'm sure both are fine but if I'm gonna do it i might as well take time to do it all right.
  5. You still need to lower the needle i'd bet. A lean condition can sometimes feel like bogging. If anything just try it to make yourself hopefully feel better that you know you're not running lean.
  6. That's a little more then I'm wanting to spend, Lonestar must be some nice stuff though, good luck w/ the sale
  7. I asked this awhile back and got a 'no'. I don't remember why though, someone else will chime in i'm sure.
  8. Wow that's quite a bit of material^^^. Is it just a guesstimate on how much to take off, or how far down or at what angle and what not? Are cubs going to be worse than stockers? I'd guess ported cylinders are definately the ones benefiting from this.
  9. I might have some T-5 pipes for sale soon. I'll try to think of ya when I get ready if that's the route you wanna go.
  10. Price w/o the carrier shipped to 75034? O and pics?
  11. I don't think changing oils would stop that leak, or any for that matter. Are you 100% sure it's coming from there, b/c that's the bottom-most part it could be leaking somewhere else and running down to that.
  12. ok
  13. Well if the mains are way too big then yes it could have some affect b/c that is what the needle is going into.
  14. What kind of oil are you running also. Is the small pin small and round? I only had mine apart once and am a little foggy on what it looked like, but for a pin to do that kind of damage the bearing would have to be smacking against it continuously and the motors only spinning 1 direction, so other than the little deformations in the round "groove" it looks normal. As for the oil, ur on ur own there. I'd recommend cleaning it, sealing it back up and checking again. While you have it apart might as well check for flatlness across all the decks too, that's an easy thing to do.
  15. looking in the wrong place? who the fuck are you?
  16. I sent this to him: "That's a really open portjob, do you know who did it? I'd like to get my set done. Thanks"
  17. Agreed, check that. Buddy's gap was way too big and it would run like crap on the top-end.
  18. I can hear tranny noise on mine, or something that sounds like it, along with bolts rattlnig loose, kicking rattling, exhaust tinging, I just ride the damn thing
  19. You're getting a weak spark for some reason. You definately should be able to see a spark when you kick it. The reason it will start when pullstarting is because it can spin the motor so much faster and get the spark needed to start. When you put the new electrical stuff on did you make sure to ground it all out good?
  20. What are your air screws set at? Is your filter new/clean?
  21. Where are you located underdog?
  22. Ya that's what I did. For 25 bux it's not bad but on the higher stuff it'll start to get ya.
  23. The method I've heard being used is you take a gasket and mark out or cut it out the size of the cylinder transfers and transfer that to the case, any other methods?
  24. I don't remember what size each pin was. What is your issue with those, they not fitting in the dimples correctly?
