I'm going for a ride in about in hour. I noticed that the front of the cylinders are wet, almost like it's coming out of the exhaust. The pipes are like 1/8" from touching all the way in, I couldn't get them to go in anymore. I also noticed the tranny oil low. I flipped it in Glamis which is the last time it went on a good ride. Can tranny oil leak on a flipped bike, maybe like a minute or so. I did notice oil after I flipped it cuz of the stuck sand when I made it back to camp. I can't really smell which kind of oil it is cuz my nose is stuffed. Any help appreciated.

Thanks guys, I beat down the metal piece on the frame with a rubber mallot :thumbsup: . Seat holds down tight now. I checked the seat under the blaster and it only has 2 in the back also. When I put the rear ones towards the front, I couldn't get the seat in :: How many are the banshee seats suppose to have? It is tight now but would like to have the front ones if they are needed. Anyone know where I can find these rubbers bumpers that go underneath the seat. My bike only has two. It looks like the 2 up front are missing. Is this correct or should there be 4 of them. My seat moves like a bitch.

I heard plenty of people use the exhaust wraps. Cascade carries them. Shearers don't rub because they have that nice bend on the stingers to clear the filters.

If you don't feel comfortable sending it to that guy, send it off to someone here in the states. There are plenty of well known builders here. You got to pay for shipping both ways but atleast you know they are going to do it right. With porting I would go with some 33's, and a Cool Head to get your comp to like 165, that depends on elevation also. +4 timing would be good. Hope that helps. :thumbsup:

Many people trail ride and get rid of their fronts. The front tires don't throw rocks up.Unless there is a lot of mud, but if you're scared of getting dirty then why ride. I think it looks cleaner. :thumbsup:

The cylinders and the cases can be polished because they are aluminum. They can also be chromed. Where are you located, did you want to go with Shitnity cuz they are local? You can get the cases ported, and if you're gonna tear it apart, might as well weld the crank also. Do a search here about porting and call a few builders to see what they say. Sometimes the popular builders have long wait times but I guess you can say it is worth it if you're getting something good. :thumbsup: Dune port is very nice with T5's.
