  1. The motors not bad at all. I just dont want to drive 8 hours all the time to get it fixed. Im not experienced enough to do the work myself. And the relationship with Dan and a couple of his workers went south once and I rather give my money to someone else. They just seemed more worried about there 4 stroke bikes now more than the 2 strokes which is understandable. Id rather just start over with a biulder thats willing to spend the time with me and loves working on the banshees
  2. Hey kevin Ill be bring my bike down to San diego this weekend to my aunts house. I call you on monday next week. Then when you get back from glamis I have my aunt bring you my bike so the building could begin. Thanks man for all your help and info.
  3. If any of you on here have some videos of your bikes running with his work I would like to check them out. Come on lowbuck you know you have some.
  4. Im looking at some of the parts you have on your bike shee4 and I notice that you don't have an extended swing arm. Does that make your bike harder to ride as far as say hillshooting. like I said I rode a good ported banshee last weekend and the tires were always skyward.
  5. ive worked with a few builders And he's top of list by far. I didn't get ahold of Jeff because he is just so far way from me. Kevin really just seems like he wants to help out. Ive got quotes up here and they wanted 600-700 to port the bike. He asked me if I was willing to meet him at glamis, and if I could get there I could test out a couple bikes that he has built. And which ever one I liked he would be able build me one just like it. He said that all of them are setup with different types of porting, and some with stroker cranks. I thought that was pretty cool.
  6. what kind of setup are you using lowbuck? what kind of porting did u get?
  7. what kind of carbs do you use shee4speed? What kind of power did you get from your setup? How long have u had it for?
  8. I wish every builder out there was like him dime a dozen. he didn't even want a deposit to start the work for me. The guys never met me only thing I ever told him was i belonged to the HQ. Who you know really pays off. Thanks guys
  9. Kevin is the man when it comes to customer service. He spent alot of time with me on the phone today regarding an engine build. Ive had a problem with people in vegas working on my bike because its a t-rex. Nobody wants to work on it. He is willing to take it in trade for a new motor, and give me something easier for people to work on and the parts are easier to get a hold of. As far as his work ive heard some good things. If anybody has some testimonials about his work I would love to hear some of them.. Thanks kevin Ill get the bike to you within the next few days.
  10. If you still need help. Let me know when and my gf gets home with the camera I will post some pics or email them to you.

  12. I just fractures my leg in 3 places by running over my leg with the paddle tires.. At that point I wishes I had them. But you know what I needed the vacation from work and the lortabs were that bad either. Never had a problem with leg ever coming off before that. It was a freak accident the handle grip came off as I was going about 40 throught the woops up comp hill at dumont. That shit hurt like a MF.
  13. Either go to armagosa big dune or dumont. If you go to duneguide.com it will tell you how to get there and the weather conditions for any dune location. All you have to do is look up each location by state. I rented from one of those places and they had decent bikes. byopt bring your own paddle tires
  14. Im with rock-46 sand skate are better for turning and all around duning. The hauler are way better if you are just hitting the hill. Huge difference from haulers to sand skates

    Race Gas

I cant get enough of that smell either. Just wondering have any of you used c12 race gas? If so how did you like it? Any performance difference? I've only used the 100 from the pump at the gas station by my house and now that stuff is starting to get more expensive.
  19. Whats even crazier is that over 500 people bought into his sh*T. This guys better than david blaine, under his feedback even his item numbers are invisible.
  20. I heard the samething magz said. It actually came into play with the motor I have now. I went down to team racers edge in CA. and Dan saw how I ride my bike and wouldn't let me take it home. He said come back in a month and Ill have another built for your style of riding thats going to be more reliable. It sucked because I came from vegas to pick it up but ended up saving me money in the long run.
  21. Im actually live in henderson. I did try to bump start it nothin. Screw it now Ill be taking to quadmania today. Thanks for everyones help. Hopefully its not going to be expensive. I think its just going to be the starter.
  22. Did you get the some of that chrome from the duneraider on ebay? I have the same looking stuff. If it is, it is good chrome.
  23. i tried the screwdriver across the relay and nothin just sparks and click. The fuses are good I just put two brand new ones in. Atv cycle sports said if I jumped the relay and it started the relay was bad. If it didn't start the relay should be okay. Im not familiar with these bikes. Changed my plug and oil while waiting for peoples response. I just pray the motor isn't f**cked. I would like to find something showing me these different switches that you talk about. Thanks for your response. And sorry Im a beginner at this. Thing is I really dont want to take it to a shop due to the fact Im buying a house and need every penny ,move in is 2 weeks. Anything will help. thanks
