  1. I will post picts tomorrow if the weather is good. We have had crappy weather for the last few days.
  2. Ok I have had several PM's about items off the bike. Let me reiterate. I am NOT parting the bike just yet. I want the large items to sell before I starting parting the bike. I do not want a half ass bike sitting around my house missing a few things here and there that I can not sell if someone wants the whole thing. Also like stated in the first post, all the items listed thus far I want to go together. I am not going to pull items off the motor to sell individually, at least for now. If I was unclear in my first post I apologize.
  3. Realized a few parts I forgot today: Billet dip stick Modified shift drum (added bearing to the end of it) Chrome kick starter
  4. Forgot: Billet Impeller Cascade Billet Water pump cover Billet Case Saver I may be forgetting a few smaller things... Ask if you would like to know. I will snap some picts once the weather clears up and post.
  5. Looking at possibly parting my bike. Want to see interest first. I will not start parting it until the big items are gone. Motor has nearly zero time on it. $4,000 OBO. Buyer responsible for actual shipping cost. Shipping will be around 100- 150 dollars depending on where you live. Money order or Cashiers check only! Don't bother trying to lowball. I won't even respond to the post. If you have questions please ask. Once the motor is gone, I will list the rest of the bike for sale. 7. How much are you looking to spend? 8. I want to say that you can only go to a 7mil on stock jugs, but I could be wrong. Depending on what kind of porting was done, your jugs may not fit anything besides what your currently running due to port timing issues. What are you wanting to build? A drag bike or what? If your just wanting a play bike, a 10mil might be a little more than you are barganing for.
  9. Pitt: What kind of pistons are you running? If they are aftermarket i.e. Weisco, they have more numbers on them then 1.50, if your running Wiesco post the full number and it will identify the series piston and bore that your running. Each bore size being .010 is 1/4 of a MM. So a stock bore is 64mm. a psiton that is .040 over would be a 65mm bore. Papa: The likelyhood of you still having that same setup by the time those things reach 80 over is unlikely, that is of course assuming you dont have a catastrofic failure that causes major cylindr damage making you need to bore sevral sizes at once. The cost to re sleeve and then have them ported will run you about the same amount to find a set of stockers and just have them ported. But my bt is you will go aftermarket cylinders before then.
  10. Holy fuck! What's awesme is the guytook the time to snap a pict of his hand BEFORE he went to the E.R.!!! Now thats a whole new level of kickass!!!!
  11. 66.50 makes your bore .100 over stock. By then, the walls are so thin it is pron to failure. Most people will replace the cylinders at .080 over.
  12. Send Onesickcrewcab a pm
  13. check McMaster. They probly have a tap for that for cheap. I was looking for a left hand tap for a tierod back in the day. everywhere else wanted 85 bucks for it. McMaster wanted 13

  15. I want to say I remember Mark (Firehead) saying that real anodizing can not be removed like this. That most things that are marketed as "anodized" are actually some sort of other dye method. There was a post about this several months ago.
  16. use either a rubber hammer, or put a nut on the end of the ball joint that you dont need, and hit it with a big fucking hammer
