  1. I did the opposite on a set of rims but same approach. Welded the hole and drilled a new one!
  2. Need a 12mm crowfoot, Osh has the Craftsman brand. Motion Pro has a torque wrench extention for 12mm & 14mm. I got it from their site but I see it at Cycle Gear all the time!
  3. BR8ES for the Banshee!
  4. .035 at sea level here & good on premium pump!
  5. What wattage did you get?
  6. Blaster off the ground measured 14" eye to eye, when sitting without a rider it's 13.5. I have a white set for sale $50, only selling to replace with blacks.. expected to arrive in a week.
  7. Member > Deuce Banshees did a write up on it a few years back & posted pics! Try another search or PM him!
  8. RMATV Armadillo arms are getting good reviews! Is that what you got Chris?
  9. It's a nice carb don't get me wrong & I prefer it over stock. But you went from 28mm to 28mm so not much will change. What compression you running? You might be able to go lower on those domes & that would make a better difference. Also think your +4 Swinger on 10 paddle haulers might be too much for stock cylinders, knock two off each one or get a portjob & you'll be good!
  10. They're set the softest settings & I gotta say they ride pretty plush on my Quicksand +2+1's. No probs with joints binding. They have heim joints so they move anywhere they want. My sig pic shows the front end pretty good. Sits really good & get a good ride. It would be a whole diff story if riding on those yfz a arms, those arms make you wider but don't provide travel. I might to what Firehead did & send them to TCS or maybe even Works who's just down the street for me. Who knows, TCS will also anodize them!
  11. Banshees need to breath, they need those pods.. it's a good mod. Just stay away from water & mud. I clean my pods after every ride!
  12. My shee tranny is the same as yours & yes it will benefit it. See that peg stud looking screw all the way to the left? Gotta make sure it's perfectly centered in the shift shaft! Y ou could have shift probs if not adjusted properly!
  13. Here's a pic of those parts installed. Parts RJ had were used off his Banshee & parts were a deal!
  14. Ha haa.. I couldn't run chrome pipes, I have nothing to compliment them. + My top end is all matte black, went for that stealth look [stock look  ], and most seem to thing so when I pull up to the line.. but that's a diff story top of the hill.
  15. I won't be able to get out your way today but consider it shipped 2pm. I'm taking it to work with me and shipping it from there, call me.. Let me know where to ship it k.
  16. Cascade Innovations has it but I'd also get that shift star modified! Member RJATV had both for sale not long ago, pm him! I think those two mods alone will perform better over the shift shaft!
  17. Yeah.. I don't jetting will change. If anything maybe play with the air/fuel screw.
  18. Free bump for a good guy. Those are some nice prices there. I have that timing plate for the stator & will throw it in for free if you buy today
  19. Yup, & you'll never finish her lol... I have a Banshee & Blaster, both built up from sale forum used parts and save myself half the cost of new parts. But I do make sure to buy motor parts new!
  20. For shifting upgrades I'd order up the Shift Pro Kit! Bearing rolling over Shift Star is wider with no play & works perfect over a modified Shift Star. Flotek Performance machined my Shift Star for a few bux & came out better than the one sold by Cascade!
  21. Black is the new bling, been running black pipes for years & prefer over chrome. I doubt you can polish the sheet metal & keep it shiny. Here's the bare meta & finish. [i would actually like to run bare pipes if I could.]
  22. I have the yfz shocks which is a good upgrade but that's it. I run fine on Quicksand A Arms. Don't even think about the yfz a arms. It's going to sit too low. The whole setup on the Banshee just sucks IMO!
  23. Head gaskets don't require anything to seal. Those gaskets are already coated to give it a good seal.
  24. Sounds like your setup should respond perfect for those paddles!
  25. Wow.. that was a long friggin time to have goods shipped!
