i dealt with him back in feb, it took around 2 1/2 weeks to get them back and he was even on vacation for a week, and he called me back everytime i called him, in my book he gets an A+ for price, and engine work

stat wise the outlaw is only 9lb heavier than a shee, and id love to have the renegade, but 10k is just too much for a 4wheeler for me, i always trust you guys on here and i will trust you on the outlaw, so any idea what my shee would bring on here, other forums, or ebay?

im a lil too big for a yfz, im 6'3, and i do like the trx's, but i think the oulaw is better in the woods, also i wasnt impressed with the power on the 700 rappy, i rode it and lost to a t5 equiped banshee

guys i love the banshee, ive outran everyone that i have raced, but its too much in the trails now with the dune port, and now it seems like everyone back at my hometown has one when i was the only person to have it back in the summer, id rather not get the 700 cuz we usually play musical chairs and i can ride it all day if i want to, i know you guys are pissed at me lol, but i think that i would love that 525 in the trails

im thinking about jumping ship if my wife will let me, im starting to like those new 525 outlaws, it would be perfect for where ive been riding at lately, but she wont let me have cake and pie both so the banshee would have to go, a pic is in my sig and it doesnt look much different than that now but it has some crappy looking pc pipes, and handguards on it, my mods are in sig and the top end has aprox 10-12hrs use

alright guys, i i raised the needle by lowering the needle to the 4th clip from the top, ive played with the air screws but its sputtering, as soon as the needle takes over its sputtering really bad, before the needle was cutting out due to bogging and now its sputtering, also sometimes it dies out on idle, do u think i need to change out pilots also? i just need some help before i tear back into the carbs again

Well I finally got my banshee put back together last week with my new cylinders, my mods are in the sig. My clutch was slipping like a mother fucker and i did a piss poor job at jetting the needle, but i did get a few runs in and here is the results All races were on pavement with some good riders on board Stock: 700 Raptor: Completely destroyed it like it was sitting still 07 yfz 450: About the same as the raptor Banshee with t'5s, filter and jets: Waste of time lol 05 trx 450r with a pipe, filter, rev box: yet another waste of time 06 CRF 250R: a better race, but when i hit 5th it was all over The next time I will be out riding I will have a new tusk or dirt digger clutch and I will have the carbs tuned right , also im gonna run a 04 CRF 450R and see how i do against it I noticed this port really comes on in the upper rpms, once i hit 4th it is usually all over with and with my gearing id say im pretty close to 90mph which is about too fast on an atv :biggrin:

the bike started really well last night with the 25, i could get the throttle up to about 1/8th when it would start bogging, then i would release the throttle and it would clear right back up, it would not pull itself around on level surfaces either around 1/8th throttle either, do u guys think i need to lean it up a clip and try that? i had the k&n pod filters until last night, im not lucky enough to have some dunes around here, and some of the trails i ride will be covered with water and mud here in the spring months, i may throw the pods back on it in the summer

i just got my dune port back from rb racing, i just rode around for a min on it, i noticed that it is bogging really bad in the midrange like it almost wants to die out, im running the stock needle on the stock clip right now, could i use the stock needle and put it on another clip and which one, or do i need some aftermarket needs and what clip should i put them main jet 370 700-1000ft asl temps 60s+ stock pilot

take the brake disk off, then grab some pb blaster, a 2x4, and the largest sledgehammer you can find, i put a hub on so i wouldnt damage the axle and started beating, it will took some muscle to get it out because the bearings were busted and had the axle jammed in the carrier, then it took a torch to get the bearings on the other side off, but just be patient, it took me and a buddy around 3hrs to get it off and put it back together ::

open up the airbox, advance timing, mill the head, +1 sprocket up front, and you will walk away from the raptor, thats about 100 washingtons and you will notice the gain :thumbsup: -

i have the following parts laying around if anyone is interested in a swap, i dont have any pics yet but i can get them if anyone is intersted, stock airbox with filter, (cant get pic until friday) stock reeds with cages set of rear hubs friday stock pipes friday stock timing plate friday if you need any of this crap, im looking for trading a 6 pack rack, aftermarket handlebars, nerf bars, or anything else you got or u can make me an offer on the stuff

i talked to bob earlier, hes gonna try to make my port somewhat in between of the mx/dune port, he said id be happier with that where i have pro circuit pipes and im looking for a lil more power than his standard mx port

Im gonna be sending my stock cylinders out tomorrow and i cant make up my mind on which port to get, im going to be sending them to bob@RB porting, my mods are in sig right now, i usually ride alot of fire roads, strip jobs, and some nice trails, but nothing to hairy, how will my powerband be with the dune port compared to the mx port? is it a big difference in the powerband of how early and hard it hits? the porting is the same price for either and im just curious on which one to get, also which port will make the most hp/tq and where will the maximum hp/tq curve be in the rpm's, i need to know which one i will be going with by tomorrow afternoon, any input would be appreciated
