  1. Do you want to sell the frame? If so how much?
  2. Here you go!! http://mmahits.com/fight-video/mma-video/ufc-102-randy-couture-vs-antonio-rodrigo-nogueira-fight-video/
  3. Put up some pictures of the pipes. I have a friend that has some in frame big bore Shearers that he is looking to get rid of. He might do a swap.
  4. It will take a hole bunch of porting to get a T-Rex close to a stock Cheetah cylinder. I have ridden a 12mm T-Rex and it was no faster than my 4mm Cub to be honest. It is actually slower than the Cub. The Cheetah is the way to go if you want the power.
  5. Check to see if the radiator is full of coolant. If it is I would suggest putting a water temperature gauge on it. It could be the water pump plastic gear stripped off or possibly a head gasket if it pushing the coolant out of the radiator.
  6. How is the Nickasil? Does it come with plugs and stud extenders? You have a PM. Is it ported and by whom?
  7. Yes you can adjust it but it might not shift correctly. If you have it apart and inspect the parts. If you want to ride it then put it back together and ride but order the parts.
  8. In the service manual there are directions on how to adjust the shift shaft essentric. You have to look at the spring on the shift shaft and the screw that actually adjusts the shift shaft. If they have wear it will bind the shift shaft.
  9. You spoke to Tim Mills. He owns TMR in GA. Tim Mills Racing. Get guy to deal with.
  10. I found one already. Thanks to all that replied to this!
  11. I am looking for a used Trinity intake manifold for a single carb for a Banshee motor. Thanks Matthew
  12. Use a 90 degree pick and push it around so it lines up with the dimple in the piston so you can get the circlip out.
  13. I have yet to have one that was an easy fix. You are correct about it may be a simple fix. Splitting the cases is like a walk in the park for me. I have done it many times. LOL Good luck with your clutch problem and I hope it is an easy fix!!
  14. The clutch ball, rod and or actuator welded together. It depends on how bad it is. Most times you have to split the cases with out removing the cylinders to get the transmission out. If the rod is mushroomed then you have to grind it to get it out of the transmission shaft. I have done two in the last month. You have to removed flywheel, stator, clutch assembly then bolts and nuts. The using a rubber hammer split the cases.
  15. Just do plug check and be careful not to burn it up.
  16. If you have a clutch saver it would have not happened.
  17. Split the motor and fix the clutch problem. Get a manual and it is easy.
  18. I know of a good amount of guys running av gas. There motors are jetting for it and running compression as high as 180 lbs of compression. I used to run it all the time in my 86 TRX250R with good luck. I don't run it in my banshee or my TRX250R. The TRX250R has 210lbs of compression. I run straight 110 octane that I get at the trace for $9 a gallon. Don't mix av gas with 93. Run av gas straight with oil mixed.
  19. I met these guys and they are good people. Bad Boyz Cycles. They have a web sight http://www.badboyzcycles.com Give em a call. I have bought some parts from them for my Banshee.
  20. Ok then I will do the swap, if they are 39PWK carbs. I need bigger for my Cub motor.
  21. Get a clutch from F.A.S.T. Jeff is a great guy to deal with. Get the heavy duty springs. My 80 hp motor doesn't slip with his clutch set up with no lockup.
