ok i done my first plug chop with my new 30mm oko carbs. i have 155 mains in and it bogs badly in 5th and 6th so i think it is rich . but as you can see by the ppic my plugs are differnt . one has a 4mm ring and the othe is 3mm. why would this be? and am i correct by saying that anything over 2mm is rich. i remember reading to aim for a 2mm ring somewhere. IM JUST VERY CONFUSED ABOUT THE DIFFERENT SIZE RINGS I DEFINETLY HAVE THE SAME SIZE MAINS IN AND HAVE NO AIR LEAKS PLEASE HELP

ok everytime i ride cold or hot weather. my shee always spits a little coolant out of the overflow tube which is above the right pipe at the front. is this normal. my shee isnt getting hot i just dont know why it does it, and the coolant bottle drops a very little also say about 10mm over a whole day or 3 tanks of riding. does anybody elses shee do this?

i got them acid dipped before i got them bored once to get rid of the paint, then i did a lot of sanding and a lot of polish with calico wheels and compound

yes i agree that is huge mains but only a plug chop will tell

IMO if you still have the airbox lid on 27.5 pilots are way to big

im finding it hard to get someone to shipp me a coolant bottle bracket so im thinking about makeing one myself if anyone else has made one and has some pics could you please post them on here that would be great thanks

i have used usps heaps of time when i have brought stuff off ebay they always send it as a gift and express post for the last thing i brought which was my oko carbs was about $45us. any info would be great

ok so what i am asking is that someone from the usa buys these couple of items for me . get them delivered to there place once the have recieved them i will pay you some how including the extra postage cost (yourchoice of payment) then once you recieve my payment post them to me in australia, the reason im going to these measuses is that casacde will not post to me in australia and no one here stocks them and the want an absolute fortune to order them in, im just asking for expression of interests. the products im after from cascade innovations are a pair of KN pod filters for 28mm carbs with outerwears and a coolant bottle bracket. i could even pay for them myself and get them shipped to your place in the usa . then i only have to pay you for postage. (i just thought of that way). please reply

ok so i finally installed my 30mm okosi have a 50 pilot and 160main in them at the moment . so when i kicked it over it kicked first kick and without the choke and it is the middle of winter here in australia. so im guessing im rich on the pilot put then im questioning that theory becasue when i pulled the chokes on the revs picked up shouldnt it bogg down when the chokes are pulled on whilst running,

also i would like to know how well they secure to the carbs i want to get them put im worried about them coming off. if any on has any pics that would be great

hey guys i was just wondering if any body that was running the 30mm oko carbs is running pod filters on them. if so where did you get them from and do you know what size they are. any pics would be great. i just cant seem to find any here in australia

ok my mate is putting in a new clutch and had his clutch basket off to also do a shift star mod. when reinstalling the basket he noticed there is play between the basket and the gear behind the basket. is this normal? we dont think so. has any body else come across this before? and if so is it repairable it seems that they are bolted together and the heads of the bolts are cut off. we are thinking easy out the bolts and put in new bolts. any other opinions would be great.

gez if you had the right carb on backwards you must of had one hell of a time getting the bell end of the carb into the intake manifold

i aliens them on my dune port stock cylinders and love them. great power band and i know 2 people that have them on 4 mil cubs motard banshees and they go hard
