  1. Special edition means different color fenders/rims, so if the price is way higher you may want to think about that
  2. I think there is something wrong with me, I replace them more than I should, and always carry 2 spares... two-strokes, go figure.. Get two of those 10 packs on E-bay and have at it, your going to have the bike a while anyways... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Box-10-NGK-...sspagenameZWDVW

  4. Would like to trade this stuff, thanks http://checkeredflagmotorsports.net/roundhouse1.jpg http://checkeredflagmotorsports.net/roundhouse2.jpg Does not come coated or with carrier. I do have that same carrier that was used for photos. It was mounted in 3-4 arms, but was never used or had an axle through it..
  5. This post made me remember my last ride on a 02 CR250.... Man have dirtbikes come a long way.. Was acting a fool in some big grassy field when I hit a fallen tree trunk that was not visable due to the high grass... I think it took me 10 minutes to get my wind back and get up off the ground, damn that hurt. Haven't ridden a dirtbike since
  6. I would put the quad up on a crate or something that lifts it off the ground and just check, double check everything. There could be a ton of reasons for this problem ranging from a bent rim to the arms not properly set up... When it's vibrating does it pitch the bars back and forth, or is it just a steady vibe?
  7. It can be done, just make a jig to keep everything straight and make sure to take your material from BEHIND the shock mount

  20. That tear is easy enough to repair if you have the correct tools, but from the 3rd pic it does not look good in my oppinion. Your call...
  21. I'll take them also, just PM or e-mail me [email protected] Thanks
  22. Jack the front end up, or put the whole bike on a stand. With no weight on the front end, you will be in a much better position to see where the play is.... If I had to guess, I would say it's the a-arm bushings. The wheel bearings are pressed into the hubs with a spacer inbetween the two and do not get their adjustment from the castle nut. If the bearings have side to side play, then it's the bearing itself that is worn out. With a stock arm setup, the "plumbness" is not adjustable, toe-in is adjusted by the tie rod.
  23. Never heard of the dry ice process, please elaborate on the process.. I'm still in the stone age with the sandblasting...... Thanks, Scott
  24. No, it's not.. Tool & Die place is still working on the jig.
