Really? This has to be a bad joke.

You're a little late. The previous post is from Oct. 2007

best carb sync tool for your money
KlotzBanshee replied to tipn22's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
OK, I got one of these from Jeffro around Christmas time and I haven't tried to use it yet. It's too fuggin cold to go out in the garage and mess with the banshee. Q? - Whats the deal with the holes in the sides of the middle boot? Do you line them up or what? Didn't come with any instructions. -
You miss my point dude. I'm sure you my have some valuable info to contribute here. It's just the condescending tone that annoys me. But whatever, we can agree to disagree. To avoid future confrontation I’ll do my best to ignore you from now on. Have a great day

MattSCESC, on 20 January 2011 - 01:57 PM, said: BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH Are you kidding me? This topic has been beat to DEATH for the last 5 years. Maybe rather than thinking you came up with some NOVEL idea, do a search, Hundreds, IF NOT THOUSANDS of people, attempted what you did, and failed, just like you did. It's nothing new. But you seem to think it is. I'm still up for the challenge of trying to build a bike that handles better than yours. In fact, every bike that I've touched would already win... just ask my customers. Wow, Really? It must have been very difficult to have to deal with so many stupid questions from inferior minds for the last FIVE years...oh wait; you haven't been here for FIVE years because you joined in 2009. And everyone who can't/doesn't want to spend $5000 on the top of the line suspension setup MUST FAIL per MattSCESC. Quess what Matt, I and many other bought an almost new set of YFZ450 shocks for like 300 bucks off ebay verses 1600+ for a set of Elkas, PEPs, Axis. Are YZF450 shock better than those mentioned? NO way! Are YFZ450 shocks better than stock banshee shocks? Absolutely. Bottom line, I’ve watched you jump on peoples shit many times (especially noobs to the site) so you can show off how knowledgeable you are. Not very professional or becoming of a site sponsor if you ask me. You don't hear of Jeff @FAST or Kevin @HJR or Jim @ Passion pipe up every time someone talks of porting their own cylinders do you? That type of behavior just drives away new members to the site and possible customers for all of the site sponsors. View Postgotta_gofast, on 20 January 2011 - 02:37 PM, said: Wow, this turned kinda sour! Thack, you need to understand that Matt is a professional. He knows more about the inside of a shock than most guys know about the inside of a pussy. As he said, the YFZ thing HAS been beat to death. Its a cobbled system that works better than stock... but if you rode a banshee with a properly setup suspension-that costs similar to what most have spent after their "trial and error" YFZ mess-you will find yourself scratching your head wondering "WTF was I thinking". Matt is passionate about banshee suspension (he used to own one). And that’s just what he wants people to believe. Hey, I'm passionate about banshees! Maybe I should talk down to people too? Ps – Sorry if people think I’m being a dick here, some people just rub me the wrong way. Lol

Once again the most arrogant prick on the bhq sets a noob straight. Good Job!

The VP C12 is a great fuel to run in a banshee, question is do you really need to run it? For one its very expensive. And unless you are running high compression and advanced timming it will not worth the price you'll pay and will actually hurt performance. You don't need to even consider running race fuel untill you get over 160 ish psi per cylinder. *I have just over 165 psi per cyl (19cc domes @ 1000 ft asl) and +4 timming and run a 50/50 mix of VP C12 and premium 93 octane as recomended buy my engine builder (Jeff at FAST). Oh and yes, C12 would be 110.5 R+M/2 octane

They are all crooks one way or another. But I would pick Verizon hands down over Sprint.

A Shearer 2 into 1 hugh? Interesting. Keep us posted on your results.

If you can find out the owner of this banshee, you proly find out where to get one....hope it helps a little. Good luck

I'm pretty sure this is what you're looking for...? Not sure who makes them. I got this pic off of the bhq, don't remember whos it is.

Summer Race/ride Dates for the MI crew.
KlotzBanshee replied to shanYE west's topic in Riding and Events Forum
I'll be making some dune trips this season for sure. As far as dates...not sure. I will try to get there when everyone else goes I guess. -
Thanks for the compliments guys. Yeah, I have plans to fix the temporary repair on the front mount with the small slug when I get around to powder coating the frame and changing the color skeme. (sp?) I realize there are many different ways to efectively fix a broken foot peg mount, most of which are less involved than this. But with my knowledge and access to the tools to do the job I felt there was only one way for me to do it. It also helps me sleep a little better at night knowing its much stronger than stock, as I am no light weight. lol bout 230lbs
-
I drew it on Catia V5 and turned it on a CNC lathe at school. The small piece was for the front mount which I didn't use but might put in when I have my frame PC'ed. I had a friend hit me right in the foot peg with his dirt bike and broke the front mount and bent the rear bolt. The Yamaha dealership welded the front mount (rather shity) and I ended up having to fix the rear myself.

The problem is that this is what probably it looks like inside the hole. lol And this is how I fixed mine... Burned in, smoothed out, primered, and painted...viola

I was just playin with ya. Thats a picture of mine that I posted a couple years ago. They are 2008 yfz450se shocks I got off ebay. They're on my banshee in my sig.

video on how to PORT your cylinders!
KlotzBanshee replied to camatv's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Not funny, you're both Fired! -
I used to be a die hard PlayStation man, but I switched over to the dark side after two junk PS2's. I bought my Xbox 360 Pro and haven't looked back. Most games are available on both systems, and there are only a few counsol specific games. The only game I really miss is Gran Turismo (PS3 only)
-
hey, I've seen those somewhere before...where did you find that picture? I run them on stock A-arms... but hell, what do I know.
-
Cometic gaskets and factory Yamaha seals.
-
Where are you located? Do you have any pics of the motor?
-
All mentioned are excellent choices.

Cleaning crank and tranny
KlotzBanshee replied to dicedealer702's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I used last seasons unused premixed gas for the banshee to clean my crank with. I figured its gonna come in contact with it anyways, so it won't hurt. Worked great.
