  1. Hahahaha, wish I could still do that! Fuckin job makes me pee ina cup once a month. Nice! All about partyin' in the trailer! If I'm still alive in a few hours, I'll be headin out too. Nowhere to go, and I don't want my place to get destroyed though.
  2. Awww shit! Nice truck, here's my '89, a little older, and the wheels are a lot shittier though. It resides at our farm now, but it was a nasty 2wd 2500, I used to drive it to work and school every day. Think it had a 4 barrel carb on, used to roar whenever I opened it up, Flowmaster!! Yep, only $2 more then regular Cardi, and twice the liqour. I'll be puking my brains out in a hour or so, betcha want some pictures of that too!
  3. Well, how's everyone spend their Friday nights other then BHQ? You can tell I allready started my Friday night because my post count is jumping through the roof! Pics are cool too, here's mine:
  4. Kuhmo Road Venture MTs from Tirerack.com. Not ATs, but they last just as long, and look a shitload cooler. They only run about $100 each, and they last forever, just check out a few reviews on that site. I have them on my 4Runner, and they kick ass!
  5. Hahahaha, I hate the fuckin goddamn flatbiller music they have on that shit. I tried to buy balljoints from them, and had to listen to it too. Ohh, and nobody ever picked up either, I only gave it one shot, and then said fuck it, bought them from HSDRacing instead.
  6. If it's for a basnhee, blaster, warrior, or possibly a raptor then yes, the splines will be the same, and they will work, but Blasters have a different bolt pattern. Banshee rear hubs can be had a dime a dozen on e-bay, I would just get them from there to be honest.
  7. Can't help ya out, but hit me up if you fo ridin somewhere, I'm always up to go.
  8. Where are you at? How much? Pics? Trade for a banshee?
  9. Wow, glad it's not just me that thinks this is f'ed up. I'm stil kinda pissed, thi whole thing kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, when I get back at it again, I think I'm just gonna bring the cash there, and tell them, look, this is what I want, here's the money, order it for me. Just makes me pissed, that no one really gives a fuck. About the pre-runners out west, that's what I heard, they are easy as hell to find in Florida, Arizona, places like that. I had a 98 prerunner that I bought in 99 as a left over(stupid me traded it for the 4runner in 02), and there were a few on the lot then as I remember. I didn't realize how long this post was either, I was kinda pissed, still am as a matter of fact.

  11. Ok, so usually I try not to bitch to much about my personal life on here, but this one really pissed me off. Both my mom, and significant other think I'm just fuckin' crazy, so I figured someone here mght sympathize with me. Ok, first off, I have been looking into buying a new truck for a while. I have a 01 4Runner that is my daily driver and it has 85K miles on it, but what's worse is it loks more like a 91. I have been thinking about replacing it with a new Toyota for a while. I'm a cheap abstard though, so I don't want to buy a brand new 4Runner(35k) or even a 4x4 Tacoma(26K). I want a Tacoma Pre-Runner I4 with a 5 speed(18k), which for those who don't know is a 2 wheel drive light pickup, with a high suspension and locking rear differential. http://autos.yahoo.com/toyota_truck_tacoma...2o3OU4OXVRaer8F It's all I need for around town, and a locking rear diff will go anywhere a 4x4 with open diffs will. Plus, Toyotas last forever. So here's my problem, of course it being New Jersey, all of the lots only carry the top of the line trucks, everything has leather, and automatic tranny, heated seats, all that shit. NOT what I'm looking for, but I pretty much expected that. So I checked out 3 lots. All of the salesmen I talked to had no fuckin' clue about anything. Not a single one has ever heard of a prerunner, or even knew that a Tacoma was availible as a 2wd. So, fine, it's an odd choice, but still, you would think you would be familiar with the products your selling. So anyway, I asked to order one. Retail on them is 18k, invoice is 16k, so even if I got stuck for full boat, I wouldn't really care. NOPE, I get the generic answer, "By the time I order one it would be cheaper to buy the fully loaded Tacoma on the lot". Yeah fuckin' right! I know it isnt 10k extra to order one! Now, I have cash in hand, don't want to make payments, and I was ready as hell to buy today. You wouldn't think it would ever be so hard to have a car salesman take your money. I was sooo clear about what I wanted, and I've had buddies order cars in the past that weren't on the lot, you don't get as good of a discount, but they still sell a car. I even got the answer "it might take a couple of months". Still, not a problem! I could wait like 3-4 months, my 4Runner is still fine yet, and 3-4 month wait isnt bad if I'm going to keep the truck for the next 10 years. Basically, after 4 hours today, 3 car lots, 4 sales people, and 3 sales managers, nobody really knew what the fuck I was talking about, and nobody wanted to sell it to me. I couldn't even believe this shit. My gf and my mom, both accept this as the way things are. I think those cocksuckers should be bending over backwards to sell somebody a car at full boat, for cash. Bullshit, lazy motherfuckers, don't even know their own product line. And I don't expect them to know all the gear ratios of the truck, but at least know what the fuck a prerunner is! And what kind of engies it comes with. When I bought my 4Runner, it was an older guy that helped me, and he knew everything about the truck, displacement, how many speeds, how the 4wd worked, etc. Was nice as could be, and I bought itfrom him without quibbling too much on the price. That was 5 years ago though, and I couldn't find anyone who knew shit this time around. Anybody have a similar experience? Anybody just think I'm fuckin' nuts? I guess in a way, it is only an 18k truck, that they arent making a hell of a lot on, but still, word of mouth business always helps, and I do have buddies that have more dough to spend then me, and I would have definately reccomended a place that helped me out. I don't know....
  12. I vote for the PC!
  13. Ahhh the 2bzy2p rage lives on!!!!!!! I'm lovin' it.
  14. Hmmm, I'm not going to argue that the bike has that much $$$ and more into it. But resale prices SUCK in the northeast. Everybody is after the newer 4 strokes, so they can trail ride them more easily. If you find the right person you might be able to get that for it. Just for reference, I bought a 2002 last year that was mostly stock except for pipes, really clean, and fresh off a rebuild for about a quarter of the price our asking.
  15. I'll take the Hellas, and the aluminum skid you have on e-bay, PM me a price. Also, did you sell your Powermadd hand guards, or GYTR CDI? If not, PM me a price on that too. Thanks man, such a shame to see such a nice bike go....
  16. Yeah, I tried both the PRM and DG skids, and same deal, holes are never in quite the right place. I have 3 theories, both I think contribute to the problem: 1- Not all the frames are the same from Yamaha, they all vary a little bit. 2- The frames get bent, and flex over time. 3- The holes on the skids werent 100% from the the manufacturer. I've done 4 belly skids, and none were easy, I wound up leaving some of the hangers off.
  17. I wouldn't edit it out, the whole car crash thing is the typical scammer story! I'm sure he tried to rip you off again even afterwards. Don't fall for it dude!
  18. Bought some carbs off him, delivered quick, and was a cool guy! Would definately deal with him again! Thanks dude!
  19. I second that.
  20. If it's a 250, it probably is a Polaris, and it was eithe called a Trail Blazer or Trail Boss or something like that.
  21. And another one...
  22. :yelrotflmao: Yep, 88 Runner, SASed, and 01 Runner, daily driver. EDIT: Didn't see you were in North Jersey before, whereabouts?
  23. Any other opinions? ANyone runnin' these on a mostly stock bike, I've been getting a lot of different answers. Seems like 150 main, 45 pilot? But I've had people telling me as low as a 130 main. I knew it was gonna be tough to find feedback on these guys.
  24. What size rims? Also, what is the bolt pattern(what make truck)? And where are you located? I'm interested, but only if your close, these babies would cost a fortune to ship.
  25. Cool man, thanks for the info, that's seems to be what I'm hearing around 150-160 mains. One question though, what the heck is a JJH needle? I'm not sure which Keihins they are if the are the PWKs or what, but the stock needles they came with should be fine I would think.
