Bro, I don't mean to give you a hard time, but I still don't see where your coming from. Stock for stock, banshees arent that fast, a stock 450 will most likely beat a stock banshee provided the riders are the same skill. So from the beginning it really isn't that great. There are a lot of arguments for and against the banshee, all of which have been covered, so I'm at a loss here.

Sorry, just venting some rage this morning. Rough Day. I still think I'm missing your point on the people bragging about "hot" banshees beating other stock quads. Even if that was true, you probably wouldn't want to come onto a banshee board and say it, it really just looks like your trying to stir something up. Nothing wrong with some friendly rivalry, I joke on my buddy's Hondas all the time. But I would be careful with the "how everyones banshee smokes everything out there" because not everyone's does, and I've never seen anyone say that on HQ. I'm not one to preach, but I do see alot of newbies(yes, I was/am one) come here and try to start up BS threads about which quad is better, this and that. Cause shit, I'll ride an XR50 all day and still have a good time.

Ugh, :: :: :: No matter how fast you are there is always somone out there that is faster. I think these threads are about THE most pointless ones because you know everyne is going to argue back and forth about who has the fastest bike, and how many cubs they smoked, or how much 4 strokes suck. Alot of people buy banshees because they are fun!

Yeah, get RIT, it is like an idustrial fabric dye that they sell at shop rite, or pathmark. The shit works excellent, doesn't bleed in the was or water. Try not to get that shit on your hands though, it's doesn;t come out too easy.

God damn bro, that would be cool as hell, if it was like that over here, 5gs and you have one fast ass street legal bike, insane! It must be weird to see banshees riding around in the street, I couldn't imagine.

I remember a long while ago, got to be at least 5-7 years, there was an advertisement for street legal kits in Dirt Wheels. Like NYUK said, it was a kit that made the bike into a single rear wheel, because you are not allowed to drive anything that has a solid axle without a differential(great for straight line, not so much handling). I know a lot of states do motorcycle emissions so a banshee definately wouldnt pass. Anyway If my banshee was street legal, that shit would be nice as hell, no more loosing races to high shool kids in rice burners, bth my trucks are slooooww as shit so it would be nice to ride something fast on the street.

Of course you can, it's the same as if you were to buy a car in Canada, and bring it back. Now I know in CA that you won't be able to get a green sticker since it's ?2003? or newer. But if you have the time and the loot to take a trip to Cnada there is nothing stopping you from buying one and bringing it back to the states. You will have to pay sales tax on it here if you decide to register it, but other then that, nothing I can think of. By the way, yeah, this was covered a long time ago.

Know it's not an engine mod, but I put on the dual piston YFZ calipers on my 02 before I went and rolled it, and they seemed to help the weak stock brake setup a lot. They bolt right up, no mods nessiscary. I picked mine up for $50 shipped with new brake pads on Planet Sand, and they only go for a couple bucks more on e-bay. Just a though.

I say do the same to those kids for a punishment, if you can find someone sick enough to do it.
