Oh, my bad, minor misunderstanding, misread your sentence. I totally agree that this is no where near an equal-length set-up or even extened beams with coilovers for that matter. It does have more travel than stock though. I measured mine at 10 inches of travel and my buddies truck (all stock) only has like 6 (measured it too). And to answer if it will fit 33's, yes it will. I just hacked my stock fenders open and hammered the firewall flat (there are a couple of seams that stick out) and they just barely rub on the top of the inner fenderwell. And I wouldn't go any taller than this unless you're gonna widen it too, cuz i've had some moments in this thing where it felt like it was ready to bicycle.

hmmm. My truck sits level with the rear being totally stock, oh well. You should not need a rear lift. And yes you can beat on this thing, you just have to where and where not to go fast. This kit is not about getting the "look." The damn thing didn't even have arebound hop after i landed from that jump, didn't hit thebump-stops either. Her ya go...click. I have this kit on my '92 and it works awesome. Get bilstien 5100's for a ranger with a 4"-5" lift (in the front) and you'll be set. I have this frontend and it can handle foot deep whoops at 45.... pic of mine EDIT: Those are bent i-beams, they DO NOT use drop-down brackets.

I broke one of the tabs on my T5's with the stock hangers. the tab didn't break off the pipe, just tore apart like a 1/4 inch below the bolt. Weled it back together and it hasn't broken since...

Did your air filter fall off? You could have fouled a sparkplug or one or both of the sparkplug wires could be messed up.

Holes in both pistons tells me you were WAY lean. No coolant flow wouldve just siezed it. Have your machine shop check your bore, you be able to get away with a hone intsead of going the next size up on the pistons.

tap it with a rubber mallet. Only hit it as hard as it needs to be hit. Cover the coolhead with a rag if you're concerned about scuffing it.

Ya, he told me the isurance ticket will either be dropped completely or go down to like 50 bucks if i can show the judge my my insurance card in court. And my dad knows some cops so he's gonna see what they can do. Other than that i'm gonna have to go to traffic school, that'll get it reduced to parking ticket so it won't show up on my insurance. He said he let me off on the fix-it tickets cuz i prolly didn't have the money to get that stuff fixed within 30 days, that was the only nice thing he did. Other than that he was completely unproffesional with me. EDIT: I'm not really bitchin about the stop sign ticket, that is 100% my problem. I just can't beleive how expensive it is. One of my friends got 15 over in a 25 and the ticket was only $175.

So, last night i'm comin home from this chick's house (ya, that was fun, lol). I come up the a stop sign that has no houses or walls around and I can see that there are no cars coming in the other three directions (4-way stop). I decided to roll it. I get down to 5mph and about 20ft from the line I look again and there are no cars, so Ilet off the break and roll right on through. Lucky for me there was a cop sitting like 50ft off the road with his lights turned off. He gets goin and follows me thu like 4 more stop signs, all of which I stopped at because you can't see through walls. When he finally pulls me over and walks up to my truck he asks me,"is there any reason I shouldn'tgive you mistameanor(sp) wreckless driving, and 3 fix it tickets for you tires (past wheel wells 1in), no bumper, and a loud muffler." I told him that I could see that there was noone coming down any of the other streets and its not like I didn't slow down at all, sir. When he asked for license and proof of ins, I could fucking find my insurance card. So he goes back to his car with my license to write me the ticket. He comes back wtih a $485 ticket for the stop sign, AND a $485 ticket for no proof of insurance after he told that eh could see on his computer that i haven't cancelled it. In nevada the DMW requires the insurance companys to notify the them of any cancellations, thats how he knew I still had it. :: ::. FUCKING BIGGEST ASSHOLE OF A COP I'VE EVER MET. No proffessionalism whatsoever. Wasn't even cordial with me. Fuckin douche-bag. :wallbash: :: :wallbash: :: Looks like I'm gonna have to have Jeff at F.A.S.T. send my motor back.
