Gnarley, its fmf's low-mid pipe.
-
Its probably the alignment. There needs to be a 1/4" toe out.
-
I think its some sort of return spring, probably keeps the lever up so it doesn't get caught on rocks or anything. Probably doesn't work real great with the shifter side.

Im partial to the pro circuits, they have pulled great numbers on the dyno for me. They are also a blast to ride with on my bike. Both setups offer forest service spark arrestors, so its a tough call and up in the air I guess.

Runt he bike after this, let sit 4 minutes and re-check the dipstick.

Mods and riding style first please.

Rudy Kurtz at port magic is world reknowned. He has one of the fastest drag trikes I have ever seen. Lay down chassis with Kawi 750 H2 2-stroke triple in it. Watched him race it at Sandfest in Coos Bay, OR back in 1993 in the open class.

Its quite the opposite as far as being a newbie goes. As members become established, and are more active on the forum, they are known to be more trust worthy. People who come on, and start selling things with less than 15 posts, that raises red flags. That makes it look like your hear to just use the site as a way to unload or sell parts because there are a high concentration of banshee owners here (therefore easier to get rid of parts). If you would have sold that stuff on ebay, you would have paypal and ebays staff crawling up your behind, not to mention your feedback would have got bashed. This is not a site to do business on and try to unload your broken, unwanted, mismatched, or hard to get rid of parts. This is a site were everyone tries to be honest, straight shootin, and to the point. Fellow members dont want to see other fellow members put in a hard spot by someone trying to make a quick buck. We are here to share our experience, provide each other with help, support, and support a sport that we love. The only people here who get banned, are people who dont belong here. Even Loco and I have run-ins from time to time, but in the end, we respect each other on a level to where we can co-exist on here. Its time to show what your true colors are and take care of this like an honest person, stop talking, and just get it done and over with.

If trinity builds it, I think you will be pushing the bike.

They are actually made on a CNC near our houses. Very precise, everyone is cut the same.

Daj, dan has a box with about 20 machined 4 mill domes in it. It looks like a little treasure chest. The wiseco cranks have different shorter length rods on them by about .025" center to center.

I just opened this for the first time and read it this morning. This needs to be treated like a businees transaction, so everyone needs to just calm down, worry about the items paid for, and the items that were actually shipped. If this was actually how the items were shipped, then this may give some insight in to how caring or reputable the seller really was about the transaction. As far as I read and saw, the idle screw were broke, the carbs are a different size, the shipping was horrible, and the slides are different. There were several HQ members on hand when the carbs arrived. There are pics of the carbs in the box when just the flaps of the box had been opened. There was an admission to the slides being wrong acknowledged by both parties, there was an admission after the fact to shipping carbs that the seller had not originally disclosed about the idle screws. There are pics of the carbs showing two different sizes as the carbs were recieved. There is no evidence here at all that the buyer is trying to screw the seller, there is no evidence here that proves the seller shipped something different than what the buyer recieved. There is substantial evidence on the side of the buyer substantiating that the seller is in the wrong. If the seller had better or even supporting pictures of his claims he would have already provided them for us as evidence. This thing to me is pretty cut and dry at this point. I move by forum vote that the seller refunds $200.00 in funds to the buyer, and the buyer ships the items back at his own expense for not doing more homework on the purchase (getting pics of the items). Then the seller be placed on "selling probation" for one year and not allowed to sell to anyone on the HQ for that time period. I move that if this does not happen, that the seller's account, and ip address be banned from the HQ for Life. Period.Point}Blank . All in favor say "AYE" If you want to talk about anything else with each other PM, or start a thread in the roostin room. Dont cloud this thread up with vulgar language and things that dont matter to the topic at hand.

Its been the other way for us. Dave my motor guy told me hot rods split apart from wiseco, and they are not made in the same places anymore. All these cheaper, easier to get, unwelded wiseco cranks have been seperating. I have personally seen one do it, and heard about two others. The wiseco cranks have different length rods on them than the hot rods cranks. We had to fly cut the bases of my cousins cylinders to bring his squish and exhaust port down when we took the grenaded hot rods 4mm 115L out. We put in a 4mm long rod wiseco crank to replace it a few months ago, and now it seperated and is getting replaced (welded this time). That old hot rods crank he had went for 4 years before coming apart. I brought up the long rod crank over the stock length rod cranks because he mentioned he wanted longevity. I would buy a hot rods crank over a wiseco crank any day. If you put in a stroker crank, have the cylinder ports dropped to match it. Its not worth pulling apart again just to have that done. Dan Wade at Patriot Racing will do a 4mm stroker clean up port for $250.00! He would probably just do the port drop for the stroker even cheaper. Cut stroker domes for coolheads are about $100.00 through Dan, and they dont look ugly like the ghetto base spacer plates. Not to mention coolheads are way cool looking, they work great, and they are easier to deal with on a rebuild. If you ever blow up the motor and grenade a hole, you dont have to have the hole head redone (rechambered) or replaced, you can just buy one new dome.

Water getting into flywheel cover

or the inside of the shaft, and the bell. -
Don'T buy a wiseco crank, been hearing of lots of problems, and saw one separate myself. Get a hot rods crank with long rods on it (115mm). Then your going to need a set of wiseco 795m pistons. I believe the hot rods crank comes welded, if not, then get that done. If you want to take longevity to a further level, send the crank and flywheel to falicon to be balanced. Don'T just buy any gasket set, your gonna need the right sized base and head gaskets to get your squish setup correctly. I prefer cometic or factory gaskets. If you want a little more Lowe end, put a very thin base gasket in, or seal the cylinders onto the case with no base gasket. This will drop your exhaust port duration. Then you just have to get the right head gasket thickness so you have .045" squish. Having a quick cleanup port job done is inexpensive, and will yield some fairly noticeable results in power.

Water getting into flywheel cover

Paint the flywheel with a heat resistant engine paint, then when you re-assemble it spray a little wd40 in there. It displaces water. -

DO THEY HAVE A DEALER LOCATER ON THEIR SITE? -
The cascade lug nuts are polished stainless steel acorn nuts. They are very nice.

CAscade Innovations

Cascade Innovations has them, I know they will give you the right ones.

I raced a raptor 700 down at winchester and he beat me by about 1.5 bike lengths a few times. When we stopped, he said it was dynoed at 70hp. Now I dont believe that for one minute, cause a buddy of mine has one with 80hp. That bike beats me in a drag race by about 8 lengths. I think this other dude with the 700 at Winchester is probably more around 60 hp.

The electrical stuff is in their catalogs, you usually have to order from them through a registered dealer. -
Im not a rocket scientist, but I am pretty sure those are 10mm studs and not 8mm studs on the hubs.

What year? K&L Supply has em. -
28mm pwk or mikuni tm carbs. Or you can just ask the guy who ported it what he would run.
