  1. Pretty close to stock exhaust port height. One of the best runs it peaked at 8,750 rpm and was still making hp. Thats pretty much the end for those pipes. People running over 187-188 degrees or so of exhaust port duration should be looking to other pipes. As that duration starts to climb more toward mid-top power curves. 35mm carbs would definitely be too much. You dont pull enough rpm to use the big intake body of that carb. I put your redline at 8,700-8,900 rpm depending on your porting.
  2. There is an oddball year wiring harness that wont fit any other year. I just checked 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997 and they all have different part numbers for each year. I just cant remember which year is the weird one.
  3. Why would you need the domes cut? Why the new crank if you think it just needs a hone?
  4. The rev limit of the cdi box is higher than the stock pipes and porting will allow the motor to rev up. No it's not 9,000 rpm. Oddly enough we would need more info to answer this. I.E. how high will it rev while riding it? Or how high will it rev in Neutral. Does the bike in question have stock pipes and porting?

  10. Its always the preference of the owner. I like maxima castor 927. I run it at 40:1.
  11. It has a variable speed control collet. So no on the fly instant adjustment. Its pretty nice, the coozy on it makes it nice to hold onto. Your hands down get cold either.
  12. Well, I remember reading somewhere that there is a certain amsoil thats got to be mixed lean. Your better off trying to work it out with changing jet specs.
  13. Anyone else running this oil that thin? So issues with the stock carbs too, or just this setup?
  14. Call cascade innovations and ask chris, mike, or tim about it. I just replaced the one on my boss' lonestar axle with a cascade axle nut. There is a certain way they want you to tighten it down though.
  15. They use cut t3's on mini stroker motors alot. My feelings on them are they suck as regular T3 uncut pipe. As a mini stroker pipe in a cut T3, there are better pipes out there.
  16. What oil do you use? How long you been riding this bike? www.carbparts.com or www.psep.biz You have to call them usuallly to order them.

  18. Why are your running it at a 50:1 premix ratio? If thats the case, then your needle is going to be even more lean than most the guys on here who complain about how their 2 into 1 kit is running.
  19. Well do the ones you have look exactly like the pics of regular t3's on the net, or are they slightly different?
  20. I am pretty sure its cutting out because your way too rich. You should be at around a 195-200 main, 45 pilot, 1.5 turns out on air screw, eej or eek needle in middle clip position. On the 2 into 1 kits, the needles are about 90% of runability problems.

  23. No such thing as a 34mm pwk, You didn't tell us what needle your using (dont come back and say the factory one). If it is a 34mm PJ, or a 35mm PWK, then your main is too big. Your pilot is also too big, and I dont know about your needle, because I dont know what it is. I am gonna guess and says its a cel, in that case you need a new needle. You need to check it though. This topic has been covered about 8,906 times in the last year. If you use the search, you will find suggested jetting specs fairly easily.

  25. We should start a review board. You can come back and say what was wrong with the bike, then vote in a poll on it. Then we could send the seller a certified letter stating he is a complete fucking retarded terd wrangler as certified by the banshee HQ comittee. :biggrin:
