  1. Do a search, there is a lot of info on here about them.
  2. Can you do a full write up on it with pics?
  3. Should be 45 pilot, 195 main, 1.5 turns out on air screw. needle may need to be eek, but eej should be close.
  4. cascade makes one.
  5. Good job, its nice to see we have a fellow led freak on here. Let us know where you got the luxeon led's and how much they were.
  6. Your doing this all wrong. With the mods listed in your sig, your not a candidate for a 2 into 1 carb. Your running a mid-top pipe, and a mid-top intake setup. The single carb kit only makes more power than dual carbs right off idle to about 5,800 rpm. Your mis-matching the working power ranges on your parts. Hope you have a dremel, cause if you buy one, the v-force stuffers have to be match ported to the intake, and you have to take material off the intake as well.
  7. If you do a search, there is quite a bit of info on the differences in the forum.
  8. What needle, mains, pilot, and air screw setting are you running in the 35mm single carb?
  9. 35mm-39mm is too big for the pro circuits. The pipes wont pull a high enough rpm to benefit from a carb that big.
  10. You will see a small maybe 1/2 hp gain in midrange power, and lose probably about 1.2-1.5 hp off the top end by running them.
  11. What else is done to your motor?
  12. The stock stator is setup a little different, so its a little harder finding the stator ground to float it.
  13. The dyna cdi I have was far from a waste of money. I can't even stand riding my bike without curve 3 programmed into it. It definitely makes a difference you can feel. I run the dyna coil as well. The other cool thing about the dyna is I can program the curves any way I want. Curve #3 with 4 degrees added to it with the programmer is what I run though. I run a stock timing plate and stator.
  14. Ummmmmm, the rubber on the reed cage is there to seal up against the reeds. The outside has to be perfectly flat and smooth.
  15. Put the wires on the correct terminals. If there is a + and a - on the coil, then why would you want to hook it up the wrong way?
  16. Pipes, they can completely change the power characteristics of the bike.
  17. He still does portwork and motors.
  18. I signed up about 2 months ago. Never saw anything. Do they come by email, or mail?
  19. So is it an automatic raffle ticket if you buy a premium hq membership, or do you have to purchase the tickets seperately as well?
  20. I just go over all the old welds with a mig and re-weld everything on the bike. Alot of the factory welds don completely surround the tubes or brackets. Some dont even penetrate the steel all that much.
  21. Yeah, pretty much if its the clear line it should be 5/16" like stroker said. The tygon is gray with a thick wall. It stretches alot, so you have to run 1/4" to get it to stay on the "T" barbs, and the spigots on the carbs.
  22. ??? Stock exhaust springs........WHY?
  23. I like to use 1/4" motion pro tygon fuel line.
