  1. Whats with people taking pictures of their computer screens?
  2. I'm in Winchester at discovery point until Thursday the 1st.
  3. I understood what it was and I stand by my comment still. Its also defintiely a bad idea to run a 2 into 1 intake with those pipes.
  4. My opinion was based on a bike I worked on here myself, not the members bike on the BHQ. I personally run a pro-design and its been on my bike for 3 years now with no issues.
  5. they leak alot more than pro-design or noss heads do.
  6. get your fmf's back.
  7. A few months ago I had some ASSkuter on here trying to tell me the overflow bottle was a catch can and not a recovery tank.
  8. Just because a bike spits coolant out, doesn't mean it is overheating. There are also a few things that need to be checked if you feel it is not getting hot. Like if the radiator cap is functioning properly. Regardless of what everyone thinks, the radiator overflow bottle is a recovery tank, and coolant that is spit into it, will get sucked back into the radiator when the bike cools off a bit. Normal running temps for a banshee are usually considered 175-190 degrees. at 205 degrees the bike gets into the danger zone and should be ran at high speed, low rpm to be cooled off.
  9. Its a Mikuni VM, size is whatever the neck inner diameter is.
  10. You can do LED or HID, both require a DC Conversion. A battery is only mandatory with the HID setup. Here is the LED light I did on mine with the dc conversion and a battery. I powdercoated the bracket black shortly after this photo was taken. This is when I was building the bracket.
  11. Smoothed up intakes dont necessarily mean its ported. You have to remove the head and measure the exhaust port and transfers to tell for sure.
  12. Get in the zone!
  13. You guys are all wrong, the GAPER pipes are the best all around pipes out there.
  14. you raise the port height by grinding away at the sleeve.
  15. I dont run a key. When you wash them, they get water inside and corrode the contacts. Its causes ignition issues.
  16. Ask yourself this: Did the guy follow you home? Is it possible he has your license plate number? My 2205 wont start with the key switch disconnected. I had to jump a wire over. I think the earlier bikes are the only ones you could disconnect the key switches on and start em.
  17. The exhaust port timing is usually ran lower on a woods port than a dune port. You usually widen the exhaust on a woods port, and sometimes even lower it by not running a base gasket and just using sealer on the cylinder. Also messing with the transfers, moving them up and making them slightly larger helps with the midrange.
  18. I dont like single carbs, I switched back to duals. As far as which carb to run, probably the 35mm pwk on the single.
  19. 2004.5-2007 Dodge Cummins 5.9L turbo diesel. If you get one with an auto trans you need to put an aftermarket torque converter in it. Stay away from the 6.7L cummins motor.
  20. A ported standard overbore stock cylinder wont benefit from anything bigger than a 35mm single. Unfortunately going bigger just makes the carb too big. Everything from field testing and dyno testing has showed a decrease in performance. We run a 36mm lectron on a 4 mill stroker with stock cylinders, 35mm pwk on ported stock cylinder bikes, and a 38mm lectron on a 460cc 7 mill cub motor thats been re-sleeved and had the ports dropped.
  21. Down by the water at Coos Bay, and climbing out of the tree shots in Sandlakes.
