FYI if you guys want jb weld to hold really well on aluminum, het it up with a torch and then put the jb weld on it. It kind of runs into the pourice pores in the aluminum and makes it seal/hold a little better.

So what do you guys usually do as a fix to put it back in and make it stay there? I was thinking of roughing it up a little and putting some jb weld on it?

I cant be sure of that, it may take a 64.5mm bore job to do it. There is no exact way of telling until you get it done.

The pipe clamps and tail light + bracket are gone. FYI: The front end (A-arms on my bike) are $125 for all four links, or $35.00 each. These arms will come with just the zerks, and the urethane bushings. I have to keep my bolts, steel bushings, and caps for my new front end. The front end that is off the bike and is seperated out will be $95.00 for all 4 links, or $26.00 per link. This front end is in good shape, but has a little more finish wear on it. This one will come with the factory urethane bushings, caps, and bolts. There are 2 grease zerks missing. Both front ends have tight links. The works shocks are standard travel shocks.

I have 1 vp can and 2 scribners. I get good fuel with all 3 cans when I store it. The cans are white and yellow.

You can bore your own for less money than it would cost for cylinders, and you will more than likely still have bores left on them.

I also have a set with the bottom of the transfers cleaned up.

I buy Sunoco 110 out of the pump nearby me usually the week before I go riding. I had some left over in April, and just used it at the end of June. I have used Sunoco 110 that sat around in my 5 gallon plastic scribner jugs for 90+ days with no issues.

Not likely. You can probably buy a bike that will be faster and more reliable for less money than it would cost to retrofit a chassis.

Call Tim at Stellar and have him make you a set, they are $400 in bare finish with tie rods I believe.

I still hate modquad heads.
