Ok, I have been reading last 3 different topic posts you have. We need to stop and set the jetting in order. You have to jet the main, then the needle, then you can worry about the pilot jet.
So, what main is in it?
Start with the needle (Dek or eek) in the middle position to be safe, and 48-50 pilot for starts with about 2.5 turns out on the air screw.
Main jet is full throttle, needle is 1/8 or so to 7/8 throttle, and pilot is idle to 1/8 throttle. So set your main, then your needle, then worry about the pilot and air screw.
