  1. If it does it with the RS stator on it and does not do it with a stock stator then call RS and have them warranty it.
  2. Cool head with more compression, advance the timing.
  3. I saw some amazing things happen with my 2 into 1 pipe this last weekend. There was 2 Banshees that sat around in the camping area at Sand Dunes Frontier down at Florence where we were staying. Once the rain let up, they came out to the drag hill (lowered a little, with cpi pipes and all chrome with customn paint) and I beat one of them 2 out of 3 races, the other guy tied me 2 times and beat me once. I got some serious jetting time in on the flats and started to get a good handle on the needle setup in the 2 into 1 carb and the bike is even faster now than it has been all summer. I still have one other needle I want to order and try. The bike is having no issues at all pulling 6th gear on the flats now though.
  4. Gonna have to check tomorrow. I just got back from Oregon and I am not gonna have the plastic off until in the afternoon tomorrow.
  5. Call Cascade Innovations or Trinity Racing.
  6. You can set up a trail bike to rip on the dirt and be fun at the dunes as well.
  7. Make sure your blue regulator wire is connected to the regulator. If it is, then you either have an open in the regualtor circuit, or the regulator is bad. Do you have a multi meter and know how to use it?
  8. Check it out Snopczynski's Parts Link The Banshee Battery box and Battery will probably go on next week. Right now there are domes, a clutch, reed spacers, front shocks, and a stock voltage regulator.
  9. If it fried the wiring, the regulator is not good. Not having a good enough ground will not fry a harness. The harness gets heated up by amperage being shunted to ground (electromotive hp being worked to its limits if you will). This will cause heat and dim lights because of the loss of voltage from the more direct path to ground. A bad ground will just cause dim lights or flickering because there is a loss of the path to ground. I actually just replaced a stator harness and a regulator on my cousins bike for the same exact issue. Now its got a ricky stator voltage regulator on it. I also put one on my bike since I have everything he makes now too.
  10. If the ground is bad, it wont burn the harness and the lights will be dim. You have a bad regulator. Basically your regulator is shunting too much voltage to ground and heating up the harness. Why did you get a 200w stator?
  11. 2.075" or 52.72mm at the widest point.
  12. I dont know if thats the right cap, it has to be the import cap at 16 psi. Steam in the Radiator still ought to heat up the sensing bulb. But, steam is pretty hot!
  13. For me its gonna come in handy for temp. consistency when my bike goes back on the dyno in a few weeks.
  14. I would check your ground connections and plug ins since the key was corroded. Other common stuff is improper pickup coil to flywheel magnet set gap. Should be about .020"-.030" or more, it it was touching, it will heat up the pickup coil and make the coil go bad.
  15. Yeah, most guys who run alcohol or race gas should run pretty cool. But then again if you have one and notice it gets hot then you would be ahead of the game.
  16. Mine were steel and I never had a problem with the 25" 9 paddle extreme haulers on the Rhino.
  17. I have it through my insurance agency, not too sure who the actual insurance is through. Its $33 a month for FULL coverage.
  18. You dont have to have a hole in your plastics. If you stop, lean your lazy butt over the bars and look in under the radiator plastics you can see it. It is a little heavier than the stock cap. Yes it works, an import cap is all that the stock cap is. I dont know the diameter of the cap, it sounds like too much work.
  19. It fits under the stock plastics. I got it from G&M Honest Performance in Federal Way, WA.
  20. Yes it fits.
  21. dont know yet.
  22. It does, cap says 1.1 bar.
  23. The Banshee is 16 psi, I am positive of this.
