  1. I used to live in Glendale, AZ and was the service manager at Arizona Jet ski. Screwy Lewie is an A$$! Listen to us, not him. We build and dump tons of cash in our bikes. When we are ready to add more to the fleet we look for those ones that have had cash dumped in them and buy them up for dirt cheap. Do you want a mx, drag, or dune port work type of builder? Which one?
  2. Well, I cant cause I have a 2 into 1 intake. I know that Kenny has tested the boost bottle and proved that it is a hoax. I can see if he will give me a file where he ran one then took it off. Now, we have the +4 to +6 timing advance runs on a run time scale. The 4 second runs are +4 timing and both were made within 20 seconds of each other. The 2 second time runs are +6 timing and were both made within 20 seconds of each other also. Direct Link
  3. On which one? Reed spacers? Lets just say you never lost any when you dont put them on! Here is a run time scale. Blue run was with the spacers. Red and green were without, and both red and green runs were made within 14 seconds of each other. Got better as the bike warmed up. Direct Link
  4. Where ya riding at? Hills or flat?
  5. Here is timing from 4 degrees advanced to 6 degrees advanced. Blue run is 4 degrees, red run is 6 degrees. Direct Link
  6. Well I went down and picked up my dyno info today. I was wrong about rred spacers. Looks like on my bike they hurt the midrange and the top end. The blue run is with the spacers, the red run is without. Direct link
  7. Yes to both above questions, and on the vp, you did not provide a compression number for your motor.
  8. Shit, another $125-$135 and you can get a cool head with o-rings and domes. Then you can change compression for future upgrades, and if your motor ever grenades, you just throw new domes in it. Not to mention it will help keep the motor a little cooler. You can even sell your stock head on ebay and make some more money off that.
  9. well over stock, probably at most 2-4% increase in bottom end. Maybe 3-4% on the top end at most. Its not really feesible to give a percentage gain. It's gonna help obtain a little more peak rpm, and increase your acceleration and bottom end also. 20-25% gain on a stock she is like bolting on a set of pipes. A new intake setup will not be like that.
  10. If its a 400 it should be a stroker. Compression is going to be what the builder set up at. It needs to be at least 130 psi to be more than stock.
  11. Yeah, the seals are simple to replace when its apart laying there. Hardest one is the waterpump seal.
  12. First, what that guy told you is a lie about the power gains. You want to start with about 180-185 main jet. 45-48 pilot jet, with about 2 turns out on the air screw. Dek needle in middle position. Get an eek needle to try also.
  13. Trail tech sells capacitor kits for running hid's. I know the owner of visionx, he is a friend of mine and there main office and warehouse is in Algona, wa. Did you talk to Nick there about this?
  14. The neighbor has like a 21 or 22 nrg toyhauler. He had a 1/2 ton 5.7L dodge ram hemi. It hated that trailer. He got a 6.7L cummins and now he tows wih ease.
  15. Does this have a 2 into1 intake on it with a 35mm pwk? It says 35mm pwk in your sig. Whats the jetting, needle size, clip position, pilot jet, and air screw at?
  16. 87 was the year that usually had tolerance issues between the gears and usually bent forks. Got to take apart again and look.
  17. I think it is worth it because it increses our reed petal area. You can get v forces of ebay for less than $200 right now. Bought a set 20 minutes ago from a guy with 100% feedback for $197!
  18. I dont think your truck would like it all that much. Whats the trailer weigh?
  19. You at least need the fibers. Got a close up pic of the most discolored or worst looking steel?
  20. Smoke as in runnin rich, burnin trans oil, or white from a leaky head gasket. What repairs did the guy do?
  21. They are a pain in the a$$ to tune. No one ever seems to get them to run right on a 2 into 1 setup.
  22. I found a set of used reed cages in my buddies garage. One of them has a small knick across the petal bridge. Anyone know what the stuff you can use to repair the rubber surface on a reed cage is called? My engine guy told me how to do it, but I forgot the stuff he said to use, or where to get it. Basically you put this stuff on, then clamp the flat surface of the cage down so it dries flat. Anyone know?
  23. Holy shit, he did just have the steels in there? How did the clutch work in that thing?
  24. Well, I talked to cascade this morning and those stuffers were specifically designed for their 2 into 1 intake. So, I am probably going to be selling my trinity intake and stock ported cages to get a cascade intake and vforce 3's with stuffers.
  25. How many plates did you take out?
