  1. everything about that thing is.. ahh.. ."different"
  2. I actually need one too. This tusk shifter is throwin off my bikes MoJo... Takin off here in about 15 min or so... gotta run and grab some a arms to pay off that midget jockey for them CPI's
  3. Dick move man... But its still funny! lol
  4. I'll give ya $20! figured somebody would low ball ya.. so I thought it might as well be me!! bump for some nice bling!
  5. Its only about a 45min from my house.. so I think I'll probably pop out for a bit.. Should be fun.
  6. I might head up there with my Drag bike and see what it's like. I should have my new build done by then. I've been there.. but never when anyone is out there.. I was crusin around one day and we cam through from the other side of the parking lot! in a monte carlo! lol
  7. I dont think the grooves in the basket could cause your pack to overheat... I think that would be more from it not being adjusted correctly.
  8. I'd take just about any of the new 4 strokes out today.. they're all great machines and are getting faster ever year. Not to mention the suspension is getting better every year also!.
  9. if your gonna get one.. Get the +2 then if its too tall just buy bars with lower rise.
  10. If the caps are held in by screws.. then their probably 28 pwks I beleive.. if the caps screw on like a stock carb cap then.. only way to tell is to measure them.
  11. This motor also ran 4.9's with stock carbs and CPI pipes... Thats moving for trail ported cylinders!
  12. I can still post.. just not in the classifieds and I can't send PM's
  13. make sure your Jam nuts are nice and tight. If it still does it then its probably your carrier bearings.
  14. C'mon guys... He was probably drunk and needed something to do after he got done with the neighbors goat.
  15. Think of it as another perk for being a premium member.
  16. Who knows... He might still do them.
  17. If I was gonna turn my shee back into a duner and looking to do it at a "realistic cost" 4mil stock jugs with a dune port and CPI, T-5's or PT Hi-rev. I wouldn't go any bigger then 35 pwk's. The builder will suggest compression and timing settings. Get some +2 +1 a-arms with some nice shocks (Front and rear). Wider axle, G-force axles are nice and will help keep the cost down. I liked a +2 swinger for duning, wouldn't go any longer then a +4. Anything longer and it gets kinda hairy when/if you do any jumping. I like skat~trak tires. Probably a 9 or 10 paddle edge tires should do the trick for the rear. Up front I'd run some mohawks and put them on 10x6 rims. The wider rim will give the tire a wider body for better float. Then finish it off with the usually items..
  18. I think last time I talked to Nate about stock cylinders he said he doesn't do them anymore and he pretty much only does CP cyilnders. For stock cylinders RDZ racing has the record for fastest stock cylinder 350 A&S builds a mean stock cylinder motor too I've heard alot of good things about Rick Cairo and Rudy Kurtz but I dont think I've actually seen any of them run though..
  19. Yeah.. I noticed that.. If I was a paying member.. I'd be pissed! Think about all the possible buyers in the classifieds that can't reply now... People are loosing alot of potential buyers on their items... Look at how many people here said they only go to browse the classifieds.. I can kinda agree with charging "something" for full access to the site... Atleast we're still allowed to read the posts unlike last time. What can ya do?
  20. Power delivery on the two pipes is very similar.. DMC's are supposed to have just a touch more mid and a lil less top compared to the T-5's. I like the DMC 916's myself.. But I heard they dont make them anymore.
  21. I think BansheeDan might be interested in these. I'll get with him in the next few days and let ya know.
  22. They help to thin out your wallet..
  23. What dealer do you work at? and where about you located in Saginaw?
  24. I've put Vito's / wiseco super stock pistons (ones with the lowerd exhaust side) in a few bikes. I put a set in a banshee about 4-5 yrs ago, Seemed to make a difference.. That bike ran very hard for what it was. As far as realiablity goes, Its finally due for a new topend. I also put a superstock piston in a Blaseter and that was a pretty quick lilttle machine also.. If you get your clearances set you shouldn't have a problem with reliablity. You can't just drop the pisont in and expect it to be correct. The only down fall is their pretty pricey pistons... And only a dyno comparison on the same bike with the different pistons will tell you the true power gains if any. Also, The superstock pistons is for stock ported motors only. The powerpistons are for lightly ported motors. So if you plan on porting.. stay with a wiseco. I'm happy with the WSM pistons so far.. but I havn't got much time on them and only time will tell.
