  1. heres some more pics. Sorry the pic quality sucks.. I used my parents crappy digi cam.. if anyone wants better pics I can have them later.. But Messer has first dibs pending payment.
  2. Got a boss racing 3 piece billet cover. These are the only pics I got of it at the moment.. I'll get some more up tonight. I did grind the inside of the stator cover so I could advance timing to +13 and the head of one of the scres is rounded out on the sprocket cover so it could use a new one. Probably can find one at your local hardware store. $150 shipped
  3. I may be interested... maybe sheefreak, arfountain and my self can get a site together or somthing for the weekend. Time will tell..
  4. over rated...
  5. Thought I'd throw a link in for some specs. What size woofers are they? and what model Pioneer amp? http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/products/subwo...thunder7500.cfm
  6. Some peoples kids.............
  7. Sheefreak Tried.. and he got the big FU. its all in that long mess of shit.
  8. I'm not getting involved with your resolution.... I'm not part of that.. I was just stating my dealings with you. And why I decided not to make the deal with you. Hopefully, Someone will read this and think twice before dealing with you. If that happens. Then my point was made.
  9. I got a question.. Why is it that you didn't want to send the cylinder to a mutual builder, and have it looked over before you made the deal with me? I told you they needed plating and you kept trying to convince me they didn't. You tried to tell me that a local builder that builds the fastest bikes on ashpault and has so many records blah blah blah... already looked at them and said "They can be ran as is, since the scratch is above the exhaust port instead of below it". I told you they needed plating and you kept trying to convince me they didn't need it.. I think you were just trying to pull one over on someone who didn't know any better. After that I told the guys in chat about it and showed them the pics of the damage.. I told them it looked deeper then a replate and probably would cost alot more money. And this was about 3 weeks before I found out Sheefreak bought it. Thats what made me not want to buy them.. I figured you were hiding something.... And apparently I was right. When I told you I wasn't interested anymore, you got pissy and started telling me how good of a deal it was and started listing a bunch of prices that you paid for everything. If you took such a big loss on this deal... He offered to pay return shipping, why not just give the guy a refund? you would have nothing out of your pocket and all of this BS could have been avoided. We dont need sellers like this on HQ. This industry is expensive enough. We dont need sellers like this adding unexpected costs. Utleybanshee is shady.. and shouldn't be trusted.. I wish I would have saved my PM's that I had now.. So its my word vs. his.... take it for what its worth. Thats all I have to say on this subject. Its up to Utley and Sheefreak to work it out. And Yes.. Sheefreak is one of my good friends that I and alot of others race with at the tracks. I'm sure alot of people would vouche for his charecter on and off the track. Damien is truley one of the nicest guys I could ever meet and he would do anything to help a fellow racer out. I wish I would have known he was pursuing this topend or I would have steered him clear of it.
  10. Glad you got that motor JT.. Looking forward to seein it run!! Can Evan build them with 120 rods?
  11. "imperfection" is a understatment.. You told me that the cylinders could be ran as they are with the "imperfection" because your builder said that its fine since the "imperfection" was above the exhaust port and not below it. If I remember right.. Sheefreak said he knew he'd have to replate them reguardless of what you said. Its the piston and dome that he pissed about because he specifically asked you about the possible damage to them... And Just to make it clear.. Nate didn't say anything negative towards you or the motor. He was 100% neutral and just informed me of some of the history and where the motor has been. No more.. no less...
  12. I almost picked up that 10mil.. I told him to send it to Nate McCoy (figured Nate was building his new motor he would trust him) first to have him look it over. He said NO... a local builder that I've never heard of did and it was good to go. Said there was nothing wrong with the plating. It could be ran as it is because the wear is above the port rather then below it! This is the motor that sheefreak ended up with.
  13. I agree.. That stuff isn't my cup of tea but someone here might like it... That was kind of a dick move to bust his thread.
  14. if your looking for a good light weight shock that rides well.. look into some fox floats.
  15. No power gains from silenced to stingers.. but teh stingers are feakin crazy loud!! I like using stingers at the track as its easier to hear my motor.
  16. i'd like to see pics of the cheetah.
  17. What do you consider high HP? I run 7 plate with DD style locker in my drag banshee with no problems. my 450 is a 7plate also. The sling shots seem to be doing a good job at holding some pretty big HP motors with the stock 7 plate setup. I might do a 8-plate on my DM just to be safe, but I'll start season with my 7-plate I think the 7-plates are fine up to 125ish for hp.. then a 8-plate would be good insurance. Just my opinion ofcourse..
  18. No difference in cages from what I found, as long as the intakes are matched to the stuffers. Some prefer the 2's because they use a square opening compared to the 3's round opening wich is harder to find intakes that match.. depending on your mods.. the VF might be a over kill and you probably wont notice any difference going to the VF over a good set of reeds on the stock cages. The Chariot reed cages are a good choice on the smaller motors.
  19. must have been the 1211, I know that shit is steep... the 1194 is cheaper.
  20. 3.5's?? is that 200'? go with a small bore pipe that your builder recommends.
  21. The Redline is a bit scarce and pricey.. but.. I like it. Summit Racing sells it by the gallon so I just usuallly stock up in the spring.
  22. oof pipes are usually good for about 2-3hp, Also.. sound wise i didn't see any difference from the inframes to the oof pipes.. Sounds louder on the bike since the pipes are right there rather then behind you.. but.. they still read the same on the tester.
  23. I think we need 3 or 4 more threads about them. lol
