Has it always done this, happen outa the blue one day? If it was me, i would play with the clip and raise it on the needles now that it's hot out to lean it out a tad in the mid range. Put your air screws back where they were. Have a try and check back.

Ive heard yes and no on this. Just that Yamaha machined the top and bottom to be used together as a set. But on the other hand ive seen people mix them and not have a problem. If it was me, i would change them to a set. Shitty deal man. What billet basket was it? Post some pics up.

.030 over is not a big bore, thats not even 1mm over (.75 mm). Only bore your jugs "if" needed. Theres really no more gained power when you bore them out. If you want power, get your jugs ported and or get a 4mill long rod. Some guys even run small bore pipes on larger motors, cubs ect ect, its what some builders like them to run, its all about set up. If and when you "have to" go up to the next bore, just do that and go 1 more bore as needed. Bore/hone costs ranges from 30-60 per hole, depending. Follow?

Undo the castle nut so its flush somewhat with the ball joint. If the ball joint spins when you try and loosen the castle nut, well then put some downward pressure on it. Then give it some hard whacks with a rubber mallet hitting the side of the spindle where the ball joint sits while pulling the arm up. If shes really tight and wont budge like that, get a piece of wood and a regular hammer and put the piece of wood on the castle nut and hit the wood hard and she will pop out. Then remove castle nut = done.

The gates dropped, everyone was fighting for the hole-shot to the first corner. Got tangled up with another quad and get ejected off and landed on her neck/head and passed away. Was even wearing a Leatt Neck Brace. Freak accident. If i was to go, i would want to be riping the quad, bike or sled full out too. Only thing they will do is crack your stock intake boots over time, leading to an unknown lean condition if your not on the ball. We all know what happens when there is an unknown air leak >>> Stock cross over is more then fine. Also they take up lots of room and look stupid.
