  1. I never bought the lil plate. But what i did was shorten it so its hidden under the cover and cant be seen. I shortened the one on the back of the case and put a lil one way valve on it so it can breath but not let water in. All is well.
  2. The trans takes 1.5L. Take a look at the clutch cover right above the kicker and it shows you how much. Yes you can run that oil. Everyone has a brand and weight they like to run though. Myself, i run Bel-Ray Gear saver 80W with good results in bikes and quads ive had for years of fun.
  3. RA.............D!!!
  4. Awesome!!!
  5. Thats a killer price. Thanx man.
  6. Hummm Im going to check walmart tomorrow. They still like 300 bux or? Thanx alot man, sears used to have the"660" one but not any more. Perfect starter bike for lil ones to get them ready for a LT50.
  7. Hey, where did you find the 12 volt rappy? I knew they made them a couple years ago, but ive been looking for a while now. I cant seem to track one down for the life of me though. Toys r us or?
  8. PUBLIC SPANKING!!!
  9. Grab a bottle of somthing then If the bike is new like you say well then the bearings/seals are proly fine. Just be easy as you take the axle out and all will go well, they will be fine. Axle slides out from the brake side just a FYI. Remember to grease everything up again.
  10. Exactly!!! Now go buy one.
  11. First, go grab a 6 pack. It's a very simple switch. Only thing I would change is the bearings and seals.in the carrier (simple as well). There is step by step instructions that come with it,which will make it easy to install for you. To get the big clips on use snap ring pliers or if you don't have any you can get them on with a flat head screw driver. Make sure you load up the carrier with bearing grease aswell. Finnaly tighten the big axle nut with your hand until there is no side to side movement in the sprocket hub and brake hub but not binding the bearings much at all. Now blue lock tight the pinch bolt in the nut and go over every nut you had off and go for a ride. Keep an eye on how tight the axle nut is after rides and re-adjust accordingly. I run the same axle and its quality, I beat on my stuff and its held up for 3 years already. If you get stuck just ask for a hand here. I give it a 4 outa 10 on the banshee difficulty scale. So easy a cave man can do it!
  12. I have one, quality welds, quality built, fits great. Buy one and you will like it. Few others here have them as well. Probably the best thing outa China beside chinese food.

  15. DEEP DEEP in the Kootenays. Pass the....
  16. Ya, get rid of all that junk too.
  17. Yup chop them off. But use some heat shrink tubing to make it cleaner then using black tape. Theres alot of stuff that can be cut off, like the key switch, head light, tail light and the rear brake switch as well. Or what ever else you don't want. Then you can wire in a smaller kill switch like a KTM or CR one for a cleaner look.
  18. ^^^ Good tips rotax.
  19. Just zing it on tight with lock tight or 3 grunts with a socket/ratchet.
  20. Grab some blue lock tight and put some on the threads. Now hit that bitch for a few seconds with an impact gun or 60 FTLBS if your anal about TQ specs. Problem solved Chance.
  21. Hahahaha..............ha
  22. Ive never done my arms as they've had them already, but ive done my swing-arms and carriers ive had. Pretty straight forward deal to do. Just pick out the size zerk you want and then grab the same size tap and drill and tap them. I always use a lil silicone as well so its a 100% seal after all said and done. Holler back when your done.
