  1. Oh come on, send me the 2 coils. Ill throw a lil extra cash in.
  2. Yup, or a business card.
  3. Oh shit, you will need +2 tie-rods also, forgot.
  4. You can use just the arms if you like. Then add what you want later if you want.
  5. It fits., good to go!
  6. Sounds good, do your shift shaft also. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=126900&view=&hl=shift%20shaft%20mod&fromsearch=1 I actually just made my own eccentric bolt in a pinch to ride when it broke and ended up just running it for 2 seasons with it like that. I just cut a head off a bolt, cut to length, cut a notch in the top and bent it slightly in a vise. Worked perfect too. can see the one i made quick in the 3rd pic. Now have an extra one in the tool box for a rainy day.
  7. 3/4" is alot of meat left. Don't switch the slides or even the bowls on those carbs!
  8. Did the same thing to me a couple years ago, shit just happens i guess. Was stuck between 3-4 gear, sucked trying to get off the mountain. Did yours shear off flush with the case? If it did, it looks like a PITA to get out but it's pretty easy with a punch and hammer getting it to slowly turn out until you can get needle nose vise grips on it. Throw the new one in and set it up the "proper way" and lock it in place then rock out.

  10. You have to pull the clutch basket off to get at and un bolt the bearing retainer. Pull the flywheel off to get at and unbolt the stator/plate. Can leave the gear on the end of the crank shaft, unless your changing that side (right) crank seal (which you should change them all anyways seeing that your going to be in there). Kicker shaft/gear can be left in but it slides in and outa the case in 1 second. Makes things easer with it out. Idler gear can stay on also. Use a rubber mallet to split it, don't use a metal hammer + hit where the clutch cover and flywheel cover bolts go so you don't crack the cases. If you need a hand or get stuck just ask, i have a shit load of detailed picks ive taken of every nut and bolt for the engine being taken apart and then built inside and out, step by step. Pressure test it when done, then rock out! Very simple stuff. What are you splitting for? Have fun.
  11. You can override 1-4, 1-5, 2-4 or 2-5 on the trans. 6th gear from what I understand is in the process of being able to get included. You start out taking off just like any other trans. When upshifting you just shift the lever and it changes gears. No clutch slipping and no lag. It generally improves ET's a couple of tenths. The best thing to do is find another set of tranny gears to modify and keep the originals to put back in if you want. It is "usually" a drag race mod only. The process of overriding a gear stack is to cut ramps on the dogs to where the gear is basically sucked into position when shifted. They are fully dunable as long as you think about it and ride it how they are supposed to. They shift like butter! once you ride one you'll never go back to a stocker. Think carefully before jumping into it. What motor and set up do you use right now?
  12. Like said above, grind it down some more, but don't go overboard. Look at my pics here for reference and start grinding away. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=135591 Week and a half you can dial it in 1000 times.

  14. Great guy to deal with, paid right away, no BS with Matt. Thanx man
  15. Shit, Rog your right. Don't know what i was thinking about saying the 7 mill will fit without trenching.
  16. TSS, Hot rods and Vitos then.
  17. TSS, Twister, Hot rods and Vitos. Can go 7mil and not trench, at 10mil you trench. Port it for sure, no point in cheaping out!

  19. Looks good man, cant beat the black bikes. I say grab a adj timing plate and set it at +4. Grab a Noss or Chariot head. (domes depend on your altitude and the octane of fuel you want to use) Then when you ready to send the cylinders out, get it ported to the style you want. Huge jump in power with all 3.
  20. This is pinned at the top of this sub forum. Lots of setups just like yours through it. Have a peek. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=99361 Pull a carb bowl off and see what mains and pilots you have, then unscrew the carb cap and check what needle you have and the clip position. Then go from there. It's really REALLY easy.
  21. For real 58 pilots? That's large. Ive never had to run that big even with what i have now. Check what the needles are when you get a moment.
  22. I say for the temps there right now and alt, i would throw in some 162's and 50's in, do you know what needle is in them Joe? Probably end up at 160 or or even 158's depending on needles. Whats in them right as of now? Is it going to get colder there soon and are you going to ride in the colder temps?
  23. Thats correct, good to go.
