  1. Pour in a bunch of diesel and swish it around a bunch. Then flip the motor over and pour it out, do that a 3-4 times and all should be well. If there is JUST leaves then it will be ok if a tiny bit is still in there. If any dirt got in there, personally i would split the cases again and clean it all out by hand. Only takes a lil bit. Your wife now owes you one killer sandwich.
  2. How long did you let it soak on for?
  3. Lets see a close up detailed pic of it man. Make sure you push the MACRO button ON on your camera. So the pic is detailed up close.

    HAHA good shit Beau.
  5. Nothing will hook better on dirt then Pro wedge 2's on dirt drags. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=281 Only down fall is that you will probably pop them if you did anything else with them on. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=174 Hook great as well. I run these Dunlop KT335 Radials http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/4/30/397/8947/ITEM/Dunlop-KT335-Radial-Rear-ATV-Tire.aspx and they hook up awesome. I Only run those on MX type tracks. Rest of the time i run razor 2's in the trails and mountains.
  6. A push pull then?
  7. You want a 1/4 twist? These are the best. http://shop.pitsterpro.com/billet14turnthrottle.aspx Ive run them on dirt bikes before and there great. Very fast and very smooth. I think you can get them in a polished finish as well. Don't even look at plastic ones.
  8. http://streamcable.blogspot.com/ Scroll down. Theres a bunch of channels. Start with channel 2. Click closed the ads at the begining. Veetle player will play them in HD. Bunch more places as well....
  9. They do here. Or lots of other places.
  10. Why not, its free online as always with any and all PPV's are. Going to grab some beers now
  11. Use air craft stripper. It works Very fast. BUT!!! Do NOT touch it and DO NOT breath it in. Well unless you want a hospital trip with burns to your hands and lungs. Walmart it up. Watch some vids of it in action on you-tuber.
  12. Check your compression, no need to just switch out pistons if it's still fresh and had adequate compression still.
  13. Na, unless your compression is really low there is no point in just stuffing new slugs in. When it gets tired, get them bored to 64.5mm and rock out again. Great time to get ported at this time.
  14. HP2000, this is what they look like brand new on my bike. Tedders could be the no flame one or arrows or plain, but this gives you an idea what they look like. I like it! You should buy it.
  15. Lube the living shit out of it now and every other ride.
  16. On my digitron EGT gauge ive seen as high as 1350F at wot. These are probe readings installed (approx) 6" from the face of the piston in the pipe. I would spray no less then 1500F paint. But the real question is why are you painting them in the first place?
  17. Well put together. Should help alot of the new guys trying to learn and do it for the first time. Before they start a new thread and ask how without having a look around the site for info. (But that never happens does it... ) Pics are great but videos are Always better. As you mentioned, everyone has there own lil tips, opinions and tricks as with building anything.
  18. Look at the tops of the TORS and you will see a big nob with a slot in it. Back them both out 1 full turn and go from there. Might only need a 1/2 turn or maybe more. Do this with the motor warm and blip the throttle a few times after and you will see the change. Here is a pic where i have it circled.
  19. Get a friend to video tape it when you drop the hammer! http://s102.photobucket.com/albums/m88/HillKiller/ATV/?action=view&current=Bansheebackflip.mp4
  20. How far did you shave them down? You can adjust the adjusters on the carb caps and up at the throttle housing on your bars as well. Try the carb caps first. Then fine tune them with the idle screws. Go try and check back.
  21. Thats what i eat for breakfast. If i go slow, some mud will spit back up at me from the back tires, but who goes slow? Im not scared of a lil mud, hell there just toys anyways. I beat on all my shit, just as fun to work on it out in the shop afterwards. Being really wide, the fenders would only hold back the mud/rocks so much really. Knomsayin?
