It was measured with a dial caliper on the jug. I brought the jug to a local machine shop and asked him to check it, I know it wasn't the most accurate way but it was my only option. I cleaned the top and the only numbers i found were 150. Does that mean its 1.50 mm over?

Oh ya I forgot to mention that I blew a head gasket thats why I took it apart and the right piston was all dinged up so i decided to change them both.

Opened up my banshee for the first time to find out it had been bored by the previous owner. The current bore size of the jug is ~65.9326. Now I know the rings take up some room but I don't know how much. I want to get wiseco prolites for it and need to know if its 65mm 65.25mm or 65.5mm any help would be appreciated.
