Here is my everyday settings I go with after test and tune for a while one day on a long whoops and jumps section back and forth back and forth trying shot loads of diff air and re/comp settings. Main chambers 52 Evol chambers 158 Hi comp 8 out Lo comp 6 out Rebound 3 out When you change air settings, make sure the tires are slightly off the ground.

Think of what you want now, save up and and get what you want later .So many options to go with though man. Elka, Fox, Axis, Motowoz, Works, Ohlins, TCS, Race Tech, PEP ect and so on. If you can find a good used you will save some, but you will need to make sure they are for the length of arms you get and your weight and all that junk or pay to get them set up right for you. In my opinion it's always better to buy new or next to new, with anything. So if you want to spend a grand or more, save up and buy the 1K shocks later..no point in buying junk now and wanting good shit later....

  10. Are you picking up a used set with the FIRST GEN silencer with the 2 vertical rubber mounts? Or the newer updated silencer with the better horizontal welded piece with rubber mounts and 2 piece adjustable hangers. I have the newer updated 916's, the bottom of the silencer sits an 1" lower then my silencers in my Rockets did. I could modify the rear upper hangers in a few minuets if i wanted to move it up a inch or more, but im happy how it is so far. There is "some" room to go up or down as is. Just buy some DMC Aliens if you don't like how it is then.

  13. Motor needs to be under load. Run through the gears in the open air or on a dyno as said.
