  1. I run the same carbs just diff mods. But i would get rid of the small JJH needles and grab your self some N68A needles. IMO your mains are real small at sea level with the mods you have. So grab your self some 155's, 158's and 160's Stick the 160's in and do a PROPER plug chop and go from there. Might have to go down on the mains from 160 but you wont be able to know this until you try it and do the plug chop not check. http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/plugchop.html Report back.
  2. 10 min rule between PM's is gay, i know. Free bump :ninja:
  3. Exactly  Also for the guys like me that ride basically everyday be it quads dirt bikes or sled. Alky would be a PITA to have to purge everyday.IMO. Plus set your carbs up for it.....
  4. Have a look around his site. Dont hurt getting a lil wood sometimes looking at all the good stuff to buy. Check it out, there are prices too for everything. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/products.as...p;model=BANSHEE
  5. IMO, go with the T5's. They worked great on my unported motor, now they work killer on my dune ported motor. Untill 2 days ago when i sold them  You know you will get ported down the road and T5's respond KILLER to porting, cant go wrong with them.
  6. Yes thats a 2.50mm over or .100 over. Thats 375cc Wiseco has them here, last one at the bottom. http://www.wiseco.com/ProductSearch.aspx Edit* That is cutting it real close IMO. The cyl walls are real thin with a .100 bore. Doable and run killer, yes. Ideal size to run, no. Giver a go. Or find some stock good shape low bore cyls on here for dirt cheep. Theres some all the time on here, think theres a pair or two right now for sale. Have a look.
  7. No, jetting is. What needle you running? What clip position?

  10. Yes, read read read read, then when your done reading, read some more. TONS of info on the internet. Someone cant really tell you how to do porting just over the internet, mabey some pointers but thats about it.
  11. AVGAS is oxygenated also, i have run it for years in my sled and a couple in my banshee, as well as the YZ250. Mixes just like regular fuel with oil. Some say to run one size large main as its recommended with the added oxygen in oxygenated fuel. On my banshee and 250, i had to go up one main size but didn't on my sleds Some do some don't, basically just check your jetting as always. I love oxygenated fuels. There great.
  12. No need to lie, its for you bro...shit don't feel bad for asking questions man...shit we ALL didn't know everything when we first started out. No shame in asking questions.
  13. DING DING DING YOU WIN .....but its your thread so copy/paste the "IMG CODE" so you know how to do both! Pretty damn easy huh...and always big pics, no limit to size. DAMN thats a nasty hole man. Pretty sure if the coil wire came off that wouldnt casue this, it would just give no spark and it would shut off. How old is this motor and topend and what not? Looks like the crank/rod let go  Give us some specifics on it like comp, fuel, squish, mods and all things like that..... OUCH
  14. Go to photo bucket, upload your pics. Then when the small pics on Your photo bucket show up on your screen, just hover your mouse over the pic you want and a drop down bar will show up with 4-5 codes. Now copy the "IMG code" (very bottom one) and paste it in here where you write and post, then a big pic will show up when your done and click submit post! If you want just a link for someone to click to get to your big pic/s (so you do whore up threads with huge pics) , just copy the "direct link" code and paste it here also. Very easy to do, so easy in fact a cave man can do it

  23. HAHAHA i read that wrong anyways, i thought you striped the threads on the stud. My bad. There i go skim reading again. Good you got it off.
  24. In my opinion, i would check what your PSi is reading with a compression gauge. If its starting to get low, don't just stick new pistons and rings in, go up to the next bore size at 64.50 with new pistons and rings to match. If when you check and the comp is up fine, just replace that base gasket, button up the motor and do a leak down to make sure nothing is leaking then do a compression test again and if everything checks out with everything and the jetting is spot on...be on your merry way.
